I ordered a plant and 20 tulips on a Thursday evening, paid $4.99 extra to have them delivered before noon. From you flowers sourced out the two items to two different florists.

I was charged $4.99 for each item. The plant arrived well after the noon cut off on Friday. The flowers did not arrive. I called customer service and asked for a refund of $4.99 for the plant and a grand total of $70.96 for the tulips.

Customer service offered me a refund of only 20% of that total for something I do not have. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB of CT and will do everything in my power to try and shut this place down including small claims court for false advertising.

I have been in touch with my credit card company and Amazon, as I used Amazon pay for this order. Do not use.
