I called several days in advance to have flowers delivered for a 60th birthday in another state. I received an email confirmation that they were delivered on the correct date.
In fact, they were NOT delivered. I called and they told me the florist was closed and could not be reached. I called again the next day and they told me the florist had computer issues and could not look into why they weren't delivered. Hmmmm.
Seems very unlikely that these 2 issues happened. And why was I sent a confirmation that they were delivered?
I will never use this company again. They should have offered to deliver the flowers the next day with no charge.
