I placed 2 orders with FromYouFLowers. They came on time and were great. Several weeks later I started getting a Wine Magazine, so large it barely fit in my mailbox. I called them to cancel and was told that they bought my email address from FROMYOUFLOWERS. Will not use them again! I placed 2 orders with FromYouFLowers. They came on time and were great. From You Flowers - How Sweet It Is Arrangement Review from Houston, Texas

The place is aweful! I will never ever again use them! Save your money and go to 1800 Flowers! I had called in the morning to confirm the details. I paid extra for the arrangement to be at its location by noon. I called multiple times, emailed for updates starting at 11:30. The last time I tried, I was literally hung up on. It finally was delivered at 2:45, and as soon as I saw it I was very disappointed. I paid nearly $70 for the premium bouquet, and this looked so full in the picture. It was very tiny, and totally not worth it.

The flowers I ordered, I did not receive. The flower pot was dirty, chipped and extremely small. The picture on the web site was different from the actual item. It was missing the white flowers and the arrangement was EXTREMELY small. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! PAID $75 FOR SOMETHING I WOULD NOT EVEN SEND TO A DOG FUNERAL. Oh my God -- it's the worst service in the whole world. It took an hour and fifteen minutes to get through them. Everyone get a blow horn and yell how horrible " From you flowers" is.. I would rate -100. So sad that the owners have forgotten the American way of servicing with care and respect.

My original order was for a "deluxe" Tulip Surprise, which was supposed to be delivered before noon as I paid the additional expedited fee of $4.99. My wife never received any flowers on 8/1/2016; which made me feel absolutely horrible, and did not exactly leave a favorable impression on my wife that her husband failed to send her flowers on our anniversary. I called to inquire about why my delivery had not been delivered and spoke to a representative who explained to me that your company was informed that the local florist had "run out of tulips" and had requested approval to switch the order to roses. I went on to explain to the rep that I had not received any notification and expressed my extreme disappointment of how bad I was made to look today by not sending flowers to my wife. The rep of course apologized, offered to refund the $4.99 expedite fee and offered me an additional 10% discount for the inconvenience. I was also told that my order would be upgraded to a "premium" order if I would accept roses instead of tulips and would include an apology letter to my wife for the delayed arrival. I have already received the refund of $11.29, however when my wife sent me a thank you picture I was again offended and disappointed in the product she received. Of course it was not her favorite bouquet of tulips, but my "premium upgrade" of roses consisted of a short bunch of 5 roses, 3 carnations, and green filler. So I looked on your website, and if I had wanted to place such an order, your website offers this bouquet for $29.99. So, as I mentioned a repeat slap in the face by your company. First my order arrives a day late and second it is of the absolute cheapest bouquet that could have been put together. Thank you for making me look bad to my wife; and embarrassing me in front of her co-workers because I always like to send her wonderful products. My original total came out to $82.24. My wife received a bouquet that I could have ordered for $29.99; and it arrived a day late. You can be very much assured, that I will NEVER use FromYouFlowers.com for any of my future orders!

From You Flowers in Katy, Texas - No delivery, no contact - and they give your personal information to a third party!

We ordered a nice-looking bouquet to send to friends who lost their twins at childbirth. Paid a little extra for same day delivery. Not having heard from our grieving friends, decided to login to check delivery status. Flowers were never delivered - 40 days after placing the order! My credit card was billed, but no product to show for it. More egregious than that was having received just yesterday a copy of Entertainment Weekly magazine. We never read that mag, and did not place an order for a subscription. In looking at the label on the mag, it was indeed a subscription, expiring in May of 2017. After some research, it turns out From You Flowers gave my personal information to a third-party company that sells magazine subscriptions - and did so WITHOUT asking my permission! This is absolutely unacceptable to me, unprofessional at best, and perhaps borderline fraud. That is for the Attorney General of our state to determine. I sent an email to From You Flowers requesting an immediate refund and that my name be removed from their database (close the account), and to contact the third party magazine seller to have my name removed from their database as well. To their credit, they contacted me within a short period to confirm they would do as requested. I will verify this on Monday. Don't let a nice-looking webpage fool you into thinking you are dealing with a reputable company. They are not. ANY company that will give your information to a third-party company that will then send unwanted mail and merchandise to you is not worth the time of day. Worse than that is the failure to have the flowers delivered to a grieving young couple who had just lost two sons during delivery. Shameful. From You Flowers is a discredit to honest florists that will provide and deliver product as ordered. Do yourself a favor and stay with a known, reputable, and local florist.
