I ordered flowers for a sick friend using From You Flowers same day service. I was notified that they would be unable to delivery till the following day.
No problem The next day I received a voice mail saying they couldn't fulfill the order and to contact them regarding a substitution. I attempted to talk to "customer service" and got a young woman with limited English who was obviously following a script and didn't understand what I was calling for. Kept putting me on hold and then re-asking the same questions over again. After this happen several times I asked to speak to a supervisor.
No luck She didn't understand.
I finally was able to cancel the order. Now I wait and see if I get the refund.
