I ordered flowers for same day delivery and paid for the “guaranteed” 4 hour delivery.Well, it’s not much of a guarantee because at hour 6 nothing had been delivered...this was after I called once to confirm they would in fact be there within four hours and called even a second time because I was getting concerned.
All I got was “oh they’ll be there soon, we talked to the florist!” Well the receipient left work before they came so I called to cancel. So they said oh I’ll have to check with my supervisor. I informed them I have an email from them stating I can cancel since they didn’t meet their guarantee.
So now the order is cancelled and I get to stalk my banking app for the next 3-5 days to make sure I get my refund.I should’ve stuck with 1800flowers, they’ve never let me down!
