I paid a ridiculous amount to have flowers delivered to my terminally ill family member who has been placed in hospice care, with the hopes that they would be delivered while he is still lucid. 8 hours after placing, and paying for, the order, I received an email with a lame form response indicating a "sincere apology" for not delivering for another THREE DAYS, and "if applicable, a refund of the same day fee to make up for the error", which will post within 1-3 business days.

This is NOT acceptable! Chances are, he won't be alive in 3 days!

I've attempted to contact the company to demand the order be cancelled with a full refund and I expect it to be processed immediately. There is no other acceptable resolution.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $66.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
