This company took my order and my money. It has been six days and my best friend still has not received her birthday bouquet.

They are making excuses each day and the latest is "she lives in a rural area." Charleston South Carolina is far from rural. Their customer service phone is farmed out to someone in Pakistan. All in all a terrible rip off.

Although the customer service department as promised me to refund the almost $50.00 payment, it has not yet been debited to my credit card.

When a company makes a promise to deliver something, their word is their best advertisement. In this case, their word means absolutely nothing and this company should be investigated for fraud.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
