I ordered the Hello Sunshine Bouquet for my sister who lost twins a year ago. She sent me a picture of what she received and it looks NOTHING like what I ordered. I read the substitution policy, however it doesn't appear that there were even any substitutions to whatever was not available - they were just not replaced whatsoever. The vase was supposed to be a mason jar, and that wasn't correct either.
My grandmother was a florist for 50+ years until she retired. I expect much better quality than this, and will be looking elsewhere for my flower needs in the future.
I am attaching photos of what was received vs what I ordered.
Will never order from this company again.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
