Ordered Friday prior to Mother's Day, for delivery Sat or Sun.

No delivery by Sun pm. Got form email back about extended delivery times THEN realized they had emailed me Saturday at MIDNIGHT that they couldn't find a vendor that could deliver by Sunday! Now I'm screwed- no way to get anything to my MIL.

Called Mon am, waited 44 minutes on hold, and they promise contact with the florist in 10 minutes and 50% off.

Did my MIL ever get any flowers? Nope.

I will challenge any charges with my bank.

Can't believe I didn't come here first. I won't forget again.

I also got the same message with the same results. I emailed them to cancel the order and refund by credit card.

No response as yet.

I will also dispute the charge with my bank.

This is the last time I will use this company. Very poor customer service.
