I paid $13.99 extra for the "custom vase". they charged me, but the *** arrangement (not what was pictured)came in a dollar store glass vase.

I ordered 2 white spray flowers for my daughter's father funeral on March 30,2106 2 of the same flowers for 176.00 only one flower made it to the funeral customer service is a joke they lie and send you emails about the flower being delivered when it wasn't this is the worst company I have ever did business with now I have to wait to see if I can get my money back the better business bureau need to shut this company down there deceitful bad business practices and when you final get to speak to customer service they do absolutely nothing they can charge you but hesitate for a refund.I have emails where they told me the flower was delivered and I have statements from the funeral parlor that only 1 was delivered

Paid for expedited delivery by 1:00 PM, and the order never arrived. They refunded the fee, but at this time they cannot contact the florist to determine the status of my order. Who knows if/when it will ever arrive. Can they change my balloon from "Happy" birthday to "belated" birthday???? It would have been smarter for me to have called a local florist, so that I could follow up with them myself directly, instead of going through this service - a middleman - that doesn't take the time to assure prompt delivery. I got lazy - don't make my mistake. Search for a local florist, wait for the florist's shop to open, then call with your order. Or try FTD...geez, what was I thinking.....

I ordered Mother's Day flowers which were to be delivered on Saturday or Sunday. I received an email on Saturday morning stating they were unable to find a local florist that would be able to deliver on the weekend. With my permission, they said they would be happy to deliver Monday (or Tuesday at the latest), include an apology note and upgrade to a larger arrangement at no additional cost. I responded to the email (as instructed) to go ahead with the late delivery. Unfortunately, here it is a week after Mother's Day and my mom never received anything....And they still charged my credit card! Buyers beware!

I ordered a flower bouquet for my mother's birthday on Sunday. I waited all Monday morning and afternoon for them to arrive, they never did! I emailed them asking them for an estimated time, couldn't even provide that! I arrived to my mother's house around 6 pm expecting for her flowers to be delivered but I was really disappointed. I called them to let them know my order has not yet arrived and they said to wait until around 7ish. 7 pm and 8 pm passed and still nothing! I asked for a full refund and the lady at customer service couldn't even do that! I was so pissed, more disappointed though. I walked into my mother's house empty handed and I do NOT recommend this service, even as a joke! Sucks ***.

Please don't order from this company, From You Flowers. Their customer service is highly unprofessional. I had ordered 2 bouquets of flowers that where to go to 2 different addresses and as I had placed the order I didn't realize I had received a promo code for free shipping. My total was 134. Without the promo code and with the promo code it would've came out to 116. I called their customer service and Candy was the representative that took my call. I asked her if it was possible to add the code to my order. Candy asked for my order number, before I gave it to her I mentioned I had 2 order numbers. I gave her the first one then when asked for the second one before I can finish giving her the numbers she says "That's the same number you gave me already". I apologized and repeated the order number again. The orders numbers were the same except for the last digit on the orders. Candy then sarcastically laughed and said I understand it's early in the morning. Alrighty now she has both of my orders up and I give her the promo code I wanted to use for the free shipping which was 191. Candy then says ok I've applied the code and it saved me 2.99 on each order. I then mentioned to her that it didn't sound right because I thought it should've came out to 116.00 after promo code applied, She then went on and said she couldn't double discount and that its only saving me 2.99 on each order, so its still the same thing. I didn't argue with her I thanked her and got off the phone. Now here's the thing before I called customer service I had already went back to their site and added same items from my placed order into my cart as if I was going to place an order. I then used the promo code and it showed me the final total of 116. With taxes and shipping which was free with this promo code, so I knew before I called what the total should've came out to in the end, however considering I was on the phone with Candy who was sarcastic, I didn't bother going through the channel's to explain to her why I knew the total she gave didn't sound right and also when she said to me it's ONLY saving you 2.99 per order as if 5.98 total off both orders was chump change I found it useless to carry on the discussion. When she said it's ONLY saving you 2.99 per order she first laughed then added on to say its still the same thing. Like seriously the total she gave was incorrect to begin with and even if it was a total of 5.98 for both orders that I was saving it still is 5.98 extra in my pockets. Before ending the call she claimed to had applied my discount she wanted to give me. I went back after the call and looked at the reviews for this place and all I have to say is lesson learned I will check reviews first before ordering online from anywhere, this company obviously is not a place anyone should order from. I just waited until later that evening to call and cancel my orders completely, so I wouldn't get her again and deal with her sarcasm. I guess the job must've came looking for her instead of her looking for it since she understood its early in morning talking to me as if I was dumb or something. Like I said before I just thanked her and ended the call instead of feeding into her ignorance. I cancelled my order and never again will I bother looking at their deals or needing to call their customer service for anything. I'm Good.
