Ordered flowers on Thursday for Friday delivery.Not delivered.

I was told they would be delivered on Sat. Not delivered. When I called. I was put on hold for 20 minutes.

I called back and was told that I would have a full refund. Not sure but will contact credit card department to be sure. Very disappointed with this experience and will not use this company again. I would advise everyone to avoid this company as they do not do what they advertise.

Use anyone else. Now I am told I have to use at least 100 words to voice my feedback.

That too is to discourage negative feedback.Bad, bad.
