I had another horrible experience with fromyourflowers.com. Buyer beware!!

I ordered a floral arrangement for my Daughters First Mother’s Day a week in advance. The flowers were due to be delivered two days before Mother’s Day. They did not arrive as they stated when I tracked them. I tried to call them but there is no live representative.

They give you an email address only. I emailed them and received a phone call the next day( day before Mother’s Day) from a female with a very thick Asian accent which was very difficult to understand. She offered to upgrade the flowers and have them delivered on Mothers Day. My daughter Never received the flowers at all and it was her First Mother’s Day.

I had to file a better business bureau complaint to get my money back. Don’t use this company please!!!!
