I placed an order for flowers and balloons going to the same location on the same day. I didn't notice until after I checked out I was going to be charged two delivey fees so I cancelled the orders.
They cancelled one of the orders. I sent them three emails asking them to confirm the other order was cancelled. They finally confirmed the order was cancelled then two days later I get an email saying the order shipped and got a tracking number. I called and their automated system said the order was cancelled.
Which is it? I called customer service and after half a hour of holding I hung up. I also sent them a couple more emails today and have not gotten a response.
They can't blame Mothers Day for their lack of response. I ordered flowers from other sites and got tracking numbers and status automatically.
