On Monday, I ordered flowers for Tuesday delivery (show same day delivery available form the website.) Got a call telling me that they can not find the flowers on Tuesday and can deliver it on Friday. On Friday, got a call telling me that they can not find the flowers again.
Can't believe it's so hard to find something that they promise same day delivery on the website.
I canceled the order and was told they will credit the charge back in 3 ~5 days. How can they charge me if they can't even find the flowers?
