I ordered flowers for mother's day last week on May 4th from and was promised they would be delivered on May 8th, 2011. I received a confirmation email from 1800flowers instead and when I called on mother's day, they said order delivery was confirmed.

in fact, the flowers were not delivered on May 8th, 9th, OR 10th. after I called 5 times to find out why, they said they were en route and delivery confirmation again received, but flowers were still NOT delivered!! turns out they didn't have the right vase but didn't tell me about it! now i'm waiting to see if they will deliver it on May 11th.

needless to say, i'm infuriated and all they keep offering me is a 10% refund.

they deal with outside florists and often deliver decaying flowers (this is my second time being disappointed by them). waiting to speak to a real person in customer service also takes forever by the way, so I highly encourage everyone to reconsider dealing with this company.

Monetary Loss: $35.
