I ordered Mother's Day flowers on May 6 2016 to be delivered may 7. Order was placed on line with guest check out. No confirmation email was received. Attempted to contact customer service 8+ times was on hold for over an hour and a half only to speak with a representative who said they'd look into it and I would receive an email regarding status. Email never receive. Additional call placed. On hold for 1.5 hours. No resolution as they had not heard back from the florest the order had been placed with. Told to call back Tomarrow after 9am. No resolution to issues. Don't take the chance. Customer service is no help. They won't tell you which florest the order was placed with so you can follow up. Horrible experience

This company is fully of it.Been on the phone waiting for over a hour.My husband order me flowers to be delivered on Saturday and here it is Sunday night no flowers.They are going to give us back our money!!!

I ordered flowers to be delivered for my wifes birthday on May 23rd, paid the outrageous delivery fee plus a fee to guarantee same day delivery. At the 5PM deadlive they were not delivered. I contacted their customer service who sounded "impaired" and she asked me what the problem was since it was only 4PM. After I told her it was 5 she looked again and said "oh yeah, I guess it is". Then shes said there was a problem with the delivery and they could probably deliver it on the 26th. Since that was 3 days late, I requested a refund and was put on hold for a while . She then came back and said my order was "taken care of"which was a little vague so I asked what "taken care of" meant. She said "oh, the refund was approved". Wow, what *** service!

Ordered flowers mothers 80 birthday paid extra to deliver before noon. At 1pm emailed for status said when delivery attempt she was not home. Guaranteed them she had not left home and would be there all day. They said notified florist and would attempt again ,never heard back. At 6pm emailed to cancel said they would deliver tomorrow,as if her actual birthday is irrelevant and make 80 yr old left with no gift feel better. Called customer service extremely rude,no apologies placed on long hold in the middle of conversation with no warning. Will never order again. They truly don't care

Do Not Order Flowers from them ... I ordered flowers for my best friends grandmas funeral & they never arrived... I called & they said they couldn't find the funeral location. Later I seen they still charged me for the flowers & my wife called because I work long hour days. They are giving her a hard time of refunding my money back to my card & they even told me back in October I can use it for credit if I wanted too ... Do my wife & I decided that would be alright since my mother in laws birthday is in January & they said my wife could call & place the order. When she did they had her on hold for over an hour & she talked to 2 associates & then she said she would like to Speak to a supervisor & was placed on hold again... Then it went right back to the beginning of the call again... She never was able to speak to a supervisor.. I'll be calling them back & it's not going to be pleasant for them. Never order from them bad business, they don't care about the customer!

I had ordered flowers to be delivered to my friend on her birthday on Sep 2. They have not been delivered and the company has sent me a delivery confirmation without completing the delivery. When I called her up later in the day, I asked her about how she liked it. She said that no flowers were delivered! I had to call up customer care and they did not help me out. They it seems had outsourced the order to some store in Michigan. Conclusion being - My gift never reached. What I planned as a surprise ended up being a big embarrassment. I have written an email to them and am waiting for reply. My order number was 92907392

From You Flowers - Bad service and lied

Do not order from them. I have tired to order four times to see if anything would get better. Let me tell you each time has got worse. A few examples of why the suck so much. Each time i will get an email saying my order is delivered. Guess what it has not been delivered. So i then call customer service and they say i am sorry in a tone it seems like they dont really care. I have to demand my money back and they dont like to give it back. They just like to send it with a bigger arrangement. Do they think that is going to work. Well no thag does not work. I dont know why they can not follow through with there customers. They need to just be shut down and taken out of business. I am getting everyone i know to stop usimg them.

I am a first time customer, I placed two orders for my girlfriend and mother for their birthdays. The first order was delivered to my g/f and I was very dissatisfied. The flowers looked like they were thrown together in five minutes because they ran out of flowers. The second order to my mother were delivered by UPS which was not mentioned until the day they were delivered via email. I tracked the flowers which were in a delivery truck from 5AM until they were delivered at 6PM. The flowers were also sub par and looked as though no care went into them. When I contacted the CS line I was disconnected once and then told about the 5 million satisfied customers and there was nothing they could do. I received a total reimbursement of $15, $10 of it was a gift certificate for the website. Your 100% customer satisfaction rating is no longer true, I will not use this website again and recommend the same to others.

Oh my goodness, first time ordering from “from you flowers” ordered flowers to be delivered to a funeral home. They called left a message the day of the funereal AFTER it was over to let me know that they did not make the delivery and did I have another address to deliver it to, I updated the delivery and they said that they would let me know once they made the deliver, they have never contacted me again AND never delivered the flowers they charged my card, so basically this is theft. When I tried to call them back the hold times were outrageous, they customer services rep really could care less. I caution anyone to think twice before ordering from this company, the deep sorrow after losing a loved one tragically and unexpectedly is almost unbearable, then to have to deal with a company who is so unprofessional, unorganized and does not care one bit about their customers is just not worth it, skip ordering from “from you flowers” it’s just not worth the hassle
