My nephew passed away unexpectedly. We ordered $100+ arrangement to be delivered to the funeral home. They CANCELLED the ordered the next day... the reason why. Sorry, we don't have delivery there. You can go to the grocery store to get flowers!!!!!!! We live 4-5 hours away. Thanks for nothing...I mean literally THANKS FOR NOTHING. Way to be classy, you should have told us there wasn't a delivery option when we called.

From You Flowers - Dont order ....Rip OFF company!!!!

This flower retailer is a rip off...initially I found the site and chose a bouquet to send to a family member for birthday....the person that took my order was rude, kept talking over me, and challenged every question I had concerning the difference in cost over advertised photo. After asking for a supervisor I was placed on hold for 45 minutes!!!! finally she came back and when I asked for supervisor she replied "no". the order had been placed (to my knowledge) but on the day of expected delivery I received a call informing me they " didn't have a florist that could deliver to my location in AUSTIN TEXAS....really, not some little outta the way town...anyway they were willing to re-do my order, but this time the flowers would come in a box, and certainly not the type of arrangement I initially wanted. After they requested a second payment, I was informed my initial charge would be refunded in three business days...again asking to speak to supervisor, this time requesting to cancel the order, and go elsewhere, no conformation number would be provided, and the wait time for a supervisor.....you guessed it, over an hour!!!!! then they disconnected the call!!!! don't order here!!!! theyre crooks!!!

Greetings My name is LAQUINSTA Im completely outraged! Today (07/28/2017) is my anniversary and as a surprise I ordered same day service. I went to the Website to check my order and it seemed to be moving slow; I was concerned since I paid the upcharge for a faster delivery. I completed my order at 8:58am. I called customer service around 1:45pm to get information on my order. I got the rudest agent on the line. The agent asked for, my name and the receivers name and provided it. The agent argued with me, over and over about my NAME. She had an attitude from the beginning till I asked for her supervisor. She kept stating that she was the Supervisor as a rebuttal but I knew if wasnt true. I told her that Im not getting off this line till she put a supervisor on the line. I finally got a supervisor on the line as requested. The so called SUPERVISOR TOLD ME I NEED TO SEND A CODY OF MY BIRTH CERTIFICATE. REALLY! MY BIRTH CERTIFICATE! I kept trying to convince this lady that Ive had this name my entire LIFE. She told that I can never order from them again then she ended the call after. I will report this on every single social media site and also my local news station, till a formal apology is made.

This happened to me too. But the subscription is FREE for one year and they do NOT have my credit card info. So, as far as I am concerned: No harm, no foul! Check your SI subs...

From You Flowers - HORRIBLE

This company/delivery service is horrible. I placed an order online more than a week ago, and the delivery was supposed to be made two days later. Two days later, I received an email saying that it had been delivered. But this was obviously a lie, because even 3 days after this email the item had not been delivered. I called to inquire, and was told that it was indeed not delivered because they could not get into the building (even though the concierge desk is accessible 24 hours/day). So I don't understand why the email told me that it was delivered. If I had never inquired, they would have never told me my item was not delivered. They apologized and told me the item would be resent and delivered the following day. AGAIN, a few days passed and it was still not deliveredFed up, and I do not even want to deal with this company anymore ever again. I have read many similar complaints/negative reviews. Unbelievable, ridiculous, and unacceptable.

Do not use this company. First, they trick you into handing over your email address for a "20% off" coupon. Then, when you see an arrangement that says $31.99, it's actually a picture of the "deluxe" version, which is more $. You might decide at that point that it's worth the $35.99, so you start your order, which at first says $39.99, with the discount "applied." At that point, you call the company because your discount's not going through and they say, "No problem, I'll take your order for you," so you spend 15 minutes getting the order down. Then they want your CC info BEFORE they give you a total. You give it to them and then they say, "It's $62.99." You say, "WHAT?" And then they start adding up all the charges that the website isn't upfront about and, in fact, is dishonest about. There's $14.95 for delivery. And extra $6 for a handling charge. $2.99 for next day delivery... It's a racket. And by the time you say "NO" they've got your email address to spam (three on the first day alone) and your CC info. If you're wise, you'll get a new card. I went ahead and ordered local, where the price was actually the price and everything was up-front.

Ordered flowers for MIL 2 days ahead of her birthday to be delivered before noon. Get a message on my answeing machine from "From you Flowers" concerning my order. I waited on hold for 35 minutes they asked me to verify the address which i did, and asked me to hold while they called the florist. About 3 minutes later she says "The florist dosent deliver in that area", but we can give you a 30 percent discount and send them tomorrow. I said today is her birthday, not tomorrow.. i want a full refund. She put me on hold again, and then she finally came back 5 miutes later and told me that my order was cancelled. She seemed very shady so i just called up my credit card company and asked what the charge was and he said it was still pending.. Credit card company was great and said if you notice the charge wasnt taken off in a couple of days thst they will take care of it. I dont usually use sites that I'm not familiar with and i feel foolish after reading all these bad reviews...from you flowers sucks!
