Just wanted to take a few minutes and provide feedback on flowers I ordered to be delivered in December 2017. I ordered some flowers for my wife my intent was to have the flowers delivered before she left to go to work.
I paid extra to have the flowers delivered early and the flowers were actually delivered late. My wife had already left for work and the driver had to leave the flowers on the doorstep. This was the first time that I ever ordered flowers over the internet and I was not very happy about the flowers being delivered late. I called your customer service department the first representative basically explained that there was nothing that she could do she would make contact with the delivery service to see why they were late.
I called a second time and the representative was very nice and she actually offered me a small credit. Just wanted to let you know on your website it says satisfaction guaranteed, but my satisfaction was not guaranteed.
