We are dissatisfied with our purchase from your company. First, we bought same day delivery flowers last weekend and were informed late that evening that you could not find a company to deliver on time. This was not okay as our delivery was time sensitive given what our loved one was going through at the time. Ultimately the flowers were delivered FIVE days later and no one called us to inform us of the situation. It was only when we called to check on the status that we learned that the flowers had not yet been delivered. Had someone called us, we could have helped to rectify the situation immediately.
Finally, we were given an upgrade in flower package for the delay- which was a nice gesture, but when we saw a picture of the arrangement delivered, we were embarrassed. The arrangement looks NOTHING like the photo advertised and is unacceptable. Very poor form on the part of From You Flowers.
