I ordered a fruit basket to arrive on the morning of my daughter's birthday.
It did not arrive, yesterday. When a customer care person checked the delivery outfit being used, the answer was that the basket in on the truck today because that is the date given. THE RECEIPT HAS JUNE/11/2018. SO DID YOUR COMPANY.
I am very unhappy for two reasons:
Fruit can get bad in a truck
delivery is not on date chosen
(BTW- this was not a same day order. I ordered it on June 10.)
SOMEONE AT"From You Flowers" OR THE IN DELIVERY SERVICE GOOFED AND IN THE BUSINESS OF SELLING FRUIT OR FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE.
