Ordered mothers day flowers on the 7th and wanted them delivered either the 9th or 10th at 3:oopm both days came and went never got order. Called and spoke with two didfferent people one said they are waiting for the confermation from the florist and the other said it sent out and the delivery person didnt wnt to leave them when I was home all day and no one came these were a special gift to my mom from my son who helped pick them out.
So never ordering from these people ever again. What is the point in putting when you want the product delivered and they dont comply.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $4137.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
