First, wish I'd checked here before making the mistake of ordering from them.
Placed an order on 2/11 for 2/14 delivery of a basket of chocolates via UPS or FedEx. 9:30 pm on 2/13, received call saying wouldn't be delivered until 2/18!!!
The recipient won't even be there on that date. Told a full refund would be given. Really??!! Product was not received so you're darn right a full refund would be given - should be more since I was now scrambling at the 11th hour trying to find a local florist who could deliver on Valentine's Day at the last minute.
BTW, when I asked why they couldn't be delivered - because of high volume.
Duh!!! It is Valentine's Day - if you can't handle it - don't take orders!!!
