I ordered flowers on Tuesday August 14, 2018 from here for a funeral to be delivered on Wednesday, August 15, 2018, for a funeral the next day. They confirmed my order and then they confirmed delivery by email on Wednesday.
Friends called me from the funeral that there were no flowers from me. Called the company. The response was "oh yeah, the delivery confirmation was a mistake. They are out for delivery today." This was less than 1 hour before the funeral started.
Surprise! They weren't delivered while I was on the phone. Called back 15 minutes before funeral started. Still not delivered.
DO NOT use these people. They are liars who are terrible and their customer service is even worse.
They will take your money and give you nothing for it. If you do use them, be sure to use a credit card so you can dispute the charge and get your money back
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $115.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
