Ordered flowers for my Grandfathers funeral and they called the day of the funeral stating they could not find a florist in the area to deliver them that day. I told them I would just like a refund and they never did give me one.

When called they said my card was not charged however the charge was on my account. Told me it was my banks mistake. Called the bank and no, they charged me and did not refund. After informing them they still just gave me the run around and said it was my banks fault.

Now I have to wait for my bank to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

NO FLOWERS, NO REFUND. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
