Flowers are pathetic and all they do for a "customized" vase is print a photo on a piece of paper and stick it inside the vase--then you have to remove the paper to add water. I suppose you could then tape it on the outside of the vase and their advertising doesn't say that it isn't paper, but it's extremely deceptive and leads you to believe that the vase itself will be customized!

No delivery attempt was made. The flowers were just left in a box by my door; I was home all day with dogs who would have barked like crazy if there had been any attempt to ring the bell or knock. There was no water whatsoever for the flowers...possibly because of the paper print that, ahem, "customized" the vase.

I felt horrible when the sender asked for a photo of them. Take a look for yourself. As you can see, the flowers received look nothing like the larger beautiful flowers advertised. Even if they eventually open rather than just droop, they would be miniature sunflowers. See the printed paper sitting in front of the vase? THAT is what you pay extra for to "customize" the vase. A piece of PAPER with a dark and lousy print that could be done on any cheap printer. I'll also attach a photo of the bouquet with a "customized" vase that was advertised.

I suggested to the sender that they ask for a refund.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $55.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
