I could not be in town to deliver flowers in two cities as needed so I pick a webstore that advertised they could. Before ordering, I checked some of other customers' purchase temperature across the spectrum of consumer websites and the ratings were already horrible. Sorta desperate, I was hoping that they were only the squeaky wheels and placed two orders anyway. Both the same as they looked nice in the photo. Even bought premium and same day for one of the deliveries. NOPE! I felt foolish after checking on the first delivery then receiving the too late email so many people remarked about coming right as their nightmares began.
"Cannot deliver the same day as advertised. Here's $2.99 back."
I except the return of the $2.99 same-day charge since they were unable to meet my order's terms. They missed an important date that I would gladly have paid again as much as the regular $14.00 service charge for a really good chance to have met.
Even with a "20% discount," the high $14.00 handling charge already made From You Flowers significantly the highest priced "maybe they will get there ... maybe not" florist service for the same arrangement. Not meeting an advertised rush delivery for the additional $2.99 raffle chance and cop-out token refund is quite an insult even if it is spelled out in the ordering information. That small fixed cost indicates there is no incentive for From You Flowers to ever meet a same-day purchase on the first and probably last order someone places. (Second orders look to be lacking based on ratings and customer comments.)
"Totally different arrangements ... In quality."
The worst insult is that one arrangement was with only enough flowers to meet the lowest priced bouquet but adding to that, the flowers looked like someone took them off a week old used funeral arrangement...bless their soul. Looking horrible, they sadly stayed on the table 2 days and thrown out. Luckily one delivery was quite pretty and lasted a week. Unfortunately, both recipients happened to see the others arrangements. OMG!
"Bottom Line...."
I was taken for over $140.00 to receive maybe $35.00 worth of flowers and service plus a whole lot of embarrassment. Not much I can do but since the horrible looking arrangement went to my wife, I am only on week 2 of a long sentence bringing home pretty flowers locally arranged special just for her.

Ordered from this company only thing I can commend them on is fast delivery other than that terrible.
The arrangement I ordered and the arrangement sent are two different arrangements and then when I emailed them they have the audacity to send me a $15 coupon. What the *** am I going to do with that?
Imagine I informed them of there service and this was the response, "Thank you for contacting From You Flowers. We have received your message expressing your dissatisfaction with the arrangement received. All items are subject to slight substitution according to local availability and season as stated in the product's delivery information on our website. This allows the florist to substitute with a similar container, flowers, color scheme or plant to ensure delivery is made in a timely manner. We sincerely apologize for your disappointment with the substitution made. Therefore, we are issuing you a $15 gift certificate via email to redeem at any time on a future purchase. You will receive this gift certificate within 1-3 business days. We have also informed the delivering florist of the complaint, and they asked that we extend their apologies to you as well.
Thank you and once again, please accept our apologies."
Below was my response.
"You guys should inform customers when things are not available then. I should have been giving the choice to choose something else. I specifically chose the colour flowers for a reason. Arrangement looks cheaply done. What can I do with a $15 voucher as indicated I do not live in the United States this delivery was for my aunt in New York. If you guys couldn't have lived up to delivering what I purchased you should have indicated and I would have cancelled my order and go somewhere else.
That is a very poor excuse especially when the arrangement looks NOTHING like the picture. This is terrible customer service you guys should replace that whole arrangement. I paid $57.39 for an arrangement that I do not want and in extension that my aunt would not like."
They couldn't even offer a refund or nothing. Terrible Customer Service worst I've ever gotten from any company in the states.

Not what I paid for.
I had two incidents within the last week. I had a flower arrangements delivered to TX, I purchased the Mid size arrangement.
the arrangement that was received was smaller then the cheaper one that was shown. I did call and they refunded me 20%, which was still more expensive than the small arrangement, and a 15.00 off the next order. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. They would not do anything else for me.
The second was a fruit basket, again I ordered the midsize basket which contained all fruit. Well, what was received was very little fruit, and in place of the fruit was Sparking grape juice. No lie, it had 4 red apples, 4 green apples, 6 oranges, 6 bananas and the Sparking grape juice. There was no, grapes, no pineapple, no kiwis or pears.
I haven't complained about this yet, since the last complaint didn't help much. I will not order from them again.

NEVER AGAIN!
I HAVE USED FROM YOU FLOWERS 3 TIMES. THE 1ST TIME I SENT 3 PLANTS TO TN.
I SPLIT THE DIFFERENCE ON BEING SATISFIED SINCE 1 OF THE 3 I GAVE AN OLD ADDRESS, WHICH THEY CONTACTED ME ABOUT RIGHT AWAY. UNFORTUNATELY 1 OF THE 3 I REALIZED THEY DIDN'T DELIVER & I HAD TO FIND THAT OUT ON MY OWN. THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME & WHEN I GOT AHOLD OF THEM THEY THEN TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T DELIVER TO THE AREA, WHICH THEIR WEBSITE SAID THEY COULD. THE 2ND TIME THE FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED AS PROMISED & PRETTY MUCH LOOKED LIKE THEY DID ON THE WEBSITE.
THE 3RD & FINAL TIME THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO DELIVER ON TUESDAY, 10/11. I DIDN'T FIND OUT UNTIL THAT FRIDAY, 10/14 THAT THEY DIDN'T DELIVER AGAIN ON MY OWN. IT TOOK 4 EMAILS BETWEEN SATURDAY, 10/15-MONDAY, 10/17 TO HAVE THE FLOWERS DELIVERED A WEEK LATER WITH NO APOLOGY TO THE RECIPIENT OR A REASON WHY THEY WEREN'T DELIVERED AS PROMISED. THEN WHAT MY FRIEND RECEIVED & WHAT THE PICTURE ON THEIR WEBSITE LOOKS LIKE WERE WAY DIFFERENT.
MY FRIEND RECEIVED MORE GREEN LEAVES WHICH WERE ALREADY TURNING BROWN THEN THE MAINLY WHITE FLOWERS ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE IN THE CLEAR BLUE SKIES BOUQUET. NEVER AGAIN.
BEWARE. THEIR FOLLOW UP ON THEIR ORDERS & COMMUNICATIONS STINK BIG TIME.

From You Flowers Delivered Was NOT What Was Pictured
Placed a same day order for a 2 year death anniversary. It was to be delivered to my in-laws since my family wasn't able to make it. I ordered the Peaceful Remembrance...PREMIUM (see picture 1) ...looks beautiful being ALL WHITE & FULL. What was delivered was NOT what I had pictured or ordered!! No white roses, the white lilies were not in full bloom & definitely no Monte Casino flowers!! Needless to say, I was disappointed and upset!! The next day, I called customer service & was hold for a good hour until I spoke to someone. I was offered 30% adjustment back to my cc and a gift card worth $15 towards a next order. Hhmm....we'll see if it comes through. I'm still waiting on the email confirming the credit...
Note to self: Read up on the reviews before making an order online! If I've read all the reviews on this company, I definitely wouldn't have made the order. Lesson learned.
