I could not be in town to deliver flowers in two cities as needed so I pick a webstore that advertised they could. Before ordering, I checked some of other customers' purchase temperature across the spectrum of consumer websites and the ratings were already horrible. Sorta desperate, I was hoping that they were only the squeaky wheels and placed two orders anyway. Both the same as they looked nice in the photo. Even bought premium and same day for one of the deliveries. NOPE! I felt foolish after checking on the first delivery then receiving the too late email so many people remarked about coming right as their nightmares began.
"Cannot deliver the same day as advertised. Here's $2.99 back."
I except the return of the $2.99 same-day charge since they were unable to meet my order's terms. They missed an important date that I would gladly have paid again as much as the regular $14.00 service charge for a really good chance to have met.
Even with a "20% discount," the high $14.00 handling charge already made From You Flowers significantly the highest priced "maybe they will get there ... maybe not" florist service for the same arrangement. Not meeting an advertised rush delivery for the additional $2.99 raffle chance and cop-out token refund is quite an insult even if it is spelled out in the ordering information. That small fixed cost indicates there is no incentive for From You Flowers to ever meet a same-day purchase on the first and probably last order someone places. (Second orders look to be lacking based on ratings and customer comments.)
"Totally different arrangements ... In quality."
The worst insult is that one arrangement was with only enough flowers to meet the lowest priced bouquet but adding to that, the flowers looked like someone took them off a week old used funeral arrangement...bless their soul. Looking horrible, they sadly stayed on the table 2 days and thrown out. Luckily one delivery was quite pretty and lasted a week. Unfortunately, both recipients happened to see the others arrangements. OMG!

I was taken for over $140.00 to receive maybe $35.00 worth of flowers and service plus a whole lot of embarrassment. Not much I can do but since the horrible looking arrangement went to my wife, I am only on week 2 of a long sentence bringing home pretty flowers locally arranged special just for her.

I ordered flowers to be delivered the same day (per promo delivery was free). NOT. $2.99 fee added and the order supposedly had to be over $50.00 to delivery to that area. I canceled the order. I then received a follow up email with another promo to complete order($15.00 credit). So I did....BIG MISTAKE. Order was delayed a day, then was said to be delivered...never was. I called the "We Care" number for customer service and was told they couldn't get in touch with the florist. Waited 7 hours for a call back, never happened. I called back, after 30 minutes on hold the order was resent from another florist...that order was delivered but some of the flowers were substituted . It was not what I ordered, didn't have a bow around vase as pictured, and was not delivered timely.TOTAL FAIL in my book...sticking with FTD for sure!

Vendors lie and Customer Service is fair at best! I made an order on 5/14/18 at 1045 am for a same day delivery. As of 515 pm the order had not been made (deliveries to businesses are supposed to be delivered by 5 pm). At 707 pm I got an Email stating that the delivery had been made. The business closes at 515 pm, so was it just left outside all night? As of 1000 am the next day the delivery still had not been made as I asked my wife if she had received them and she said nothing had been delivered or left. I called customer service at around 730 pm on 5/14 and advised FromYouFlowers that the order had not been delivered or left, as stated by the Email I received. I was told I would get a $15 gift card and a 20% refund for the entire order made. I got the $15 card and only received a 12% refund. I called FromYouFlowers in the morning again and advised them about this and they tried again to call the vendor (still no answer) and they ended up refunding the entire amount of the order.. But this is not about the money, it is about the type of vendors they use and the lies they state. People order flowers for important times in ones lives and to be treated this way from the vendors and the company that chooses these vendors is not good. I will not or would not recommend FromYouFlowers to anybody as one cannot rely on them to get the job done or believe the information given to you by them about the deliveries of the orders made.

My delivery was on time, so no issues there. However, I purchased a bouquet for my wife's birthday from this company. Within 1 day they were wilting, and in the 2nd day they were half dead. Other vendors I have used the flowers remains blooming for at least a week. If you re-cut the flowers and use the additive sent to put in with the water, sometimes longer. Only my 2nd purchase with them, and both times the flowers did not last for more than a day two at the most.

Ordered from this company only thing I can commend them on is fast delivery other than that terrible.

The arrangement I ordered and the arrangement sent are two different arrangements and then when I emailed them they have the audacity to send me a $15 coupon. What the *** am I going to do with that?

Imagine I informed them of there service and this was the response, "Thank you for contacting From You Flowers. We have received your message expressing your dissatisfaction with the arrangement received. All items are subject to slight substitution according to local availability and season as stated in the product's delivery information on our website. This allows the florist to substitute with a similar container, flowers, color scheme or plant to ensure delivery is made in a timely manner. We sincerely apologize for your disappointment with the substitution made. Therefore, we are issuing you a $15 gift certificate via email to redeem at any time on a future purchase. You will receive this gift certificate within 1-3 business days. We have also informed the delivering florist of the complaint, and they asked that we extend their apologies to you as well.

Thank you and once again, please accept our apologies."

Below was my response.

"You guys should inform customers when things are not available then. I should have been giving the choice to choose something else. I specifically chose the colour flowers for a reason. Arrangement looks cheaply done. What can I do with a $15 voucher as indicated I do not live in the United States this delivery was for my aunt in New York. If you guys couldn't have lived up to delivering what I purchased you should have indicated and I would have cancelled my order and go somewhere else.

That is a very poor excuse especially when the arrangement looks NOTHING like the picture. This is terrible customer service you guys should replace that whole arrangement. I paid $57.39 for an arrangement that I do not want and in extension that my aunt would not like."

They couldn't even offer a refund or nothing. Terrible Customer Service worst I've ever gotten from any company in the states.

I had two incidents within the last week. I had a flower arrangements delivered to TX, I purchased the Mid size arrangement.

the arrangement that was received was smaller then the cheaper one that was shown. I did call and they refunded me 20%, which was still more expensive than the small arrangement, and a 15.00 off the next order. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. They would not do anything else for me.

The second was a fruit basket, again I ordered the midsize basket which contained all fruit. Well, what was received was very little fruit, and in place of the fruit was Sparking grape juice. No lie, it had 4 red apples, 4 green apples, 6 oranges, 6 bananas and the Sparking grape juice. There was no, grapes, no pineapple, no kiwis or pears.

I haven't complained about this yet, since the last complaint didn't help much. I will not order from them again.

Today I placed an order at 8:30 am the flowers suppose to be delivered before 7 pm. I called 3 times to follow up and they told that the flowers will be there before 7 pm ...at 8 pm I decided to call again ., and their solution was we are sorry if you want to cancel the order we will give your money back in 3 days and thank you. The fact is that I paid for same day delivery and that is exactly what I expect so they were really quick to take my money but I don't getting the service that they advertise on line. This company, which I had never heard of before, came up second in my organic Google search results for "same day flower delivery". It was two days before Christmas and I was looking for a delivery for the following day, Christmas Eve. I tried 1-800-flowers first, which was my first result, but quickly discovered using their online tools that they had nothing available for my day and zip code. From You Flowers had a similar looking system, and once again I searched by delivery day and zip code to see what was available. The website produced a list of available arrangements, I checked out with one, and they charged the same day premium. However, the next day, I received an email telling me that they were unable to find a florist to deliver that day, and my delivery had been bumped to the day after Christmas. I understand many online ordering systems don't operate in total realtime, but I feel that if your business model and advertising hinge on same day delivery, your system should--or at least, should not appear to be completing a realtime sale when resources haven't been verified yet. After all, the technology exists, and online customers are accustomed to it. However, I was willing to accept the one day bump. The email had promised to credit back to me the same-day premium. Unfortunately, this turned out to be not a direct credit back to my card, but a coupon to be used on a future purchase--and within a short window of time. I had informed my recipient of the late delivery coming, but on the expected day, I once again received an email regretting that they were unable to find a florist to deliver that day. The wording of the email made no assurances that this was unusual or that they would necessarily have better luck the next day or the next. And at this point a Christmas table centerpiece was too much after the fact, so I cancelled. I did have to specifically request that in my response--it hadn't been directly offered as an option. They had offered to "upgrade" the order to a fuller version, and to call the recipient with personal apologies. This showed some accountability, but it didn't really help--the occasion had passed, and no gift recipient wants to be in the position of accepting some worker's apology for something they didn't order. At any rate, I'm pretty sure that whoever is responsible for the misleading website is not who would be apologizing. Let's just make things simpler for everyone by being honest upfront.

Same as everybody else. Ordered flowers for a "get well" and paid for same day service. Not Delivered. Waited forever on hold to speak to customer service. Customer service rep was friendly enough and you could tell that my complaint call was a common occurrence. Why does this site require you to provide at least a 100 word complaint. There are probably more complaints but people did not want to write a book so they gave up. {{Redacted}} How do you complain about this site???

Paid for expedite delivery before 12 PM, got a call from delivery person after my wife left work. He promised to deliver AM next day, FromYouFlowers also promised next morning and deducted delivery charge. Next day 12:30, no flowers. Called again. Refunded 50% and promised by 1 PM for sure. 1 PM, late again. Delivered finally at 1:15 while I was calling for a full refund. Arrangement was nice. Phone help was trying. But really?

We ordered flowers to be delivered to the residence of family member who had suffered a death in the family.Supposed to be delivered on Fri-Not there.Sat received email saying they needed additional info-they had entered the delivery address the same as our billing address.Offered 20% discount & upgrade.Thought that was straightened out, but no delivery Sat.Or Sun.Tried to call Mon-on hold 20 mins.Sent email & was told it would be delivered Mon.-Not there. Cancelled order on Tues. BTW-there was NO 20% discount and I don't know what the flowers looked like.Never got there. And the name of Cust Serv-"WeCare@***s" is obviously a joke.Horrible experience!

I HAVE USED FROM YOU FLOWERS 3 TIMES. THE 1ST TIME I SENT 3 PLANTS TO TN.

I SPLIT THE DIFFERENCE ON BEING SATISFIED SINCE 1 OF THE 3 I GAVE AN OLD ADDRESS, WHICH THEY CONTACTED ME ABOUT RIGHT AWAY. UNFORTUNATELY 1 OF THE 3 I REALIZED THEY DIDN'T DELIVER & I HAD TO FIND THAT OUT ON MY OWN. THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME & WHEN I GOT AHOLD OF THEM THEY THEN TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T DELIVER TO THE AREA, WHICH THEIR WEBSITE SAID THEY COULD. THE 2ND TIME THE FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED AS PROMISED & PRETTY MUCH LOOKED LIKE THEY DID ON THE WEBSITE.

THE 3RD & FINAL TIME THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO DELIVER ON TUESDAY, 10/11. I DIDN'T FIND OUT UNTIL THAT FRIDAY, 10/14 THAT THEY DIDN'T DELIVER AGAIN ON MY OWN. IT TOOK 4 EMAILS BETWEEN SATURDAY, 10/15-MONDAY, 10/17 TO HAVE THE FLOWERS DELIVERED A WEEK LATER WITH NO APOLOGY TO THE RECIPIENT OR A REASON WHY THEY WEREN'T DELIVERED AS PROMISED. THEN WHAT MY FRIEND RECEIVED & WHAT THE PICTURE ON THEIR WEBSITE LOOKS LIKE WERE WAY DIFFERENT.

MY FRIEND RECEIVED MORE GREEN LEAVES WHICH WERE ALREADY TURNING BROWN THEN THE MAINLY WHITE FLOWERS ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE IN THE CLEAR BLUE SKIES BOUQUET. NEVER AGAIN.

BEWARE. THEIR FOLLOW UP ON THEIR ORDERS & COMMUNICATIONS STINK BIG TIME.

Placed a same day order for a 2 year death anniversary. It was to be delivered to my in-laws since my family wasn't able to make it. I ordered the Peaceful Remembrance...PREMIUM (see picture 1) ...looks beautiful being ALL WHITE & FULL. What was delivered was NOT what I had pictured or ordered!! No white roses, the white lilies were not in full bloom & definitely no Monte Casino flowers!! Needless to say, I was disappointed and upset!! The next day, I called customer service & was hold for a good hour until I spoke to someone. I was offered 30% adjustment back to my cc and a gift card worth $15 towards a next order. Hhmm....we'll see if it comes through. I'm still waiting on the email confirming the credit...

Note to self: Read up on the reviews before making an order online! If I've read all the reviews on this company, I definitely wouldn't have made the order. Lesson learned.

My family ordered standing wreath and casket pillow for a dear friends service on Aug12,2016. They used a company in Recwood City. (Paradise Flowers) What was delivered was utterly appalling. The ribbon was written in blue marker, the wreath was just thrown together and to top it off while walking down the isle of the church the stand fell apart spewing the whole thing. The pillow was never received. It took three phone calls of waiting on hold for over 20 minutes each time to even reach customer service. The only good thing about the experience is I did receive a prompt refund. I would never use Fromyouflowers again or recommend them
