This is what I ordered and paid for an additional "upgrade" fee for premium arrangement. I got dead wilting flowers and nothing close to the display as "best seller". Customer service never answers the phone it is strictly a 800 call center and they could care less of what is delivered. They just get your credit card and you are on your own. I would strongly advise against ever using this company. The reviews are all terrible. Shame on me for not looking into them before I ordered.

I ordered a bouquet and for some "delay" the flowers had to be delivered a day late. What is the point of sending flowers if you can't guarantee delivering on the day requested. For a special occasion like a birthday, this is a total failure. I would never use this company ever again and would advise anybody from depending on them. I called the customer service line and after being on hold almost 30 mins., the representative told me there weas nothing they could do, and that she "has never seen this happen before". For some reason I don't believe that.

Wish I had read reviews prior to purchase. As with many other reviews, flowers that I ordered 5 days in advance not delivered with promise to deliver on Monday. The wedding was Saturday so Monday doesn't do much good. From reading other reviews, the flowers won't be delivered on Monday either. Dealt with 1800 flowers for years with no problems. Should have stuck with them. Had a problem with an order in the past and had a full refund within 24 hours and a gift certificate for $20. Youflowers offered a 10% discount on next purchase. Are they kidding? Next Purchase?

I place an order to have flowers delivered to my wife at work on 10/16. The security guard made a mistake and told the delivery person that my wife didn't work that day and to try to re-deliver the next day. I never received a phone call to let me know there was a problem with the delivery. I called customer the night of 10/16 to tell them that my wife would not be at work on 10/17 as we were going out of town. The customer service rep said that he would notify the florist and I would receive a phone call on 10/17 during normal business hours. Again , I never received a phone call and the florist re-delivered the flowers, this time leaving them with the security desk. When my wife returned to work on Monday 10/20, she had an email from security letting her know that flowers were delivered on Friday, but when she went to retrieve them, they were nowhere to be found. I called customer service again on Tuesday 10/21 and told the customer service rep that my wife never received the flowers. She arranged to have a new arrangement delivered and my wife did receive it that day. I was satisfied with the service at that point until I received a call from the florist on Thursday 10/23 telling me that since a second arrangement was delivered, they wanted me to return the vase. Seriously?! If they had just called me when the first delivery attempt was made, we could have avoided all the complications. Obviously they had my phone number because they called me to get the vase back. I doubt if I'll use your service again due to poor customer service on the florists part.

My best friend's mother passed away unexpectedly on Friday. I'm a military wife and live in Arizona, they were located in South Carolina and I could not get there in time for the service or viewing. I picked out a beautifully dipicted wreath of flowers on their website, paid for same day delivery and expodited shipping for delivery within 4 hours after ordering. I ordered the flowers at 9am South Carolina time and the viewing was from 4-5pm...plenty of time. Hours later the company calls and tells me that "there are NO florists open in Charleston on Sunday". She was full of ***...She promised to get the arrangement there for the service the following day before 2pm with an upgrade. She was to refund the expodited and delivery fees. The next day I get a phone call after the service has already started and is almost over stating that the florist that took on the order cancelled at the last minute. I was furious!!! I told her that I only wanted to speak to a manager...finally after telling her 10 times, she found someone for me to talk to. I spoke with a young lady who kept appologizing, promised me a refund, to call my best friend and appologize to her personally from the company for failing to come through and she was going to send out a free bouquet of flowers...The following day I called my best friend to see if they called to appologize and they did not. I would not recommend this company to anyone...I wouldn't send flowers to my dog from this company....someone needs to take action, I'm thinking it's me!
