From You Flowers - Misrepresented the product they were sending

The flower arrangement was delivered late and on top of that it looked horrible NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE IN THE ADD! Not even close. Also, the arrangement was supposed to come with a picture frame. I told them to call me if the florist could not duplicate the arrangement the way it was in the add...and that I definitely did not want it sent without the frame. The flowers were for my niece who just had a baby. We got there three days after the baby was born and saw the arrangement. I called the number number on my confirmation 1-800-flowers and it was they said they could not find my order. I forwarded my e-mail confirmation to 1-800 flowers and after researching my confirmation that I sent them they said that the order was not placed with them but in fact with For You Flowers. Cordelia from For you flowers was rude when I called and said that the best she could do is give me Credit for $20 on my next order. I will try to reach someone that can refund my money. I feel that is the very least they can do. As it turns out, I had used 1-800-flowers before...not For you flowers. NEVER EVER EVER USE FOR YOU FLOWERS!!!! Use 1-800-Flowers. The arrangements that they send are Beautiful!! I wish I had taken the time to research this company before I used them.

From You Flowers-Terrible

Twice now I have ordered through From You Flowers and both times they have delivered something different from what I saw on the website. Not even close in color, shape, or size to be exact. Ordered a bouquet of red tulips in a tall vase. Received assorted colored roses in a stumpy box. Ordered mixed floral arrangement. Received 6 long stem roses. wtf. Also, they always call to confirm you place the order. If you are away from your desk or cell phone doing something important, your order will not ship. On the first order I made I missed the first phone call in the morning. They caught me around noon and said my shipment will go out today for same day delivery. Around 3pm they called and said they could not find a vendor to deliver so it will have to go out tomorrow. I told them to please cancel the order since this was time sensitive and I was going to order through someone else. The rep placed me on hold and when he came back, he said "no need to cancel sir, we found someone that can ship it out today." All was well until 5pm when they called me again and said the vendor could not make it out that day afterall. Now it was too late for me to order through someone else so the flowers did not arrive on the intended date (which I paid extra for) but instead on the next day. To top it off, the order was wrong (roses instead of tulips). They lost me as a customer.

i ordered flowers for a relative's funeral. the "purple & green arrangement" i ordered came up to be pinkish red & white whith totally different flowers, and they describe on their site it would be 28"W x30"H, but it was way smaller than that. When i called the flower shop, they said they just got the order that morning n it was too late to get the right flowers. i know the florists have the right to make substitute but is it ok to the point to be so ugly???? looked nothing like the display picture. Never ever ever use that site, it is not worth ur time n money

From You Flowers - Bait and Switch Flower arrangement

For Mothers day "From You Flowers" showed a Bouquet of Lilies and Roses at a "discount Price" but what was delivered was a Bouquet of all Carnations. Carnations are the cheapest of flowers. I requested a Happy Mothers day Card. No card was delivered only the Florist business card. I'm not even sure that it was the Flowers I ordered. FromYouFlowers couldn't tell me who the florist was that made the delivery. In small print it did state "product availability" and "as close as Possible".There was one carnation in the ad. When I complained they offered a 10 dollar gift card.

From you Flowers, Worst Customer Service EVER!

Can I give them less than 1 star? Ok, in their defense they did get 2 of the 3 orders right, the two that went to my husband's family in Washington state were correct as far as we know. But the ones for my mother (ordered almost a month in advance) were delivered a day late, to the wrong address, and looked nothing like the photo online. I called when they were not delivered on the correct day, and was told that they were busy and it might just be later in the evening. I called again that evening and was told that the florist delivering the flowers was closed and they could not do anything, so I sent an email to them with their guarantee to reply within 1 hour, I recieved no reply. I called Saturday when I my mother received them, from her neighbor, 2 streets over and was told I would receive a voucher for free flowers for their mess up. My mother sent me a photo and said she loved them, and I was flabbergasted because it looked nothing like the image online. I emailed again yesterday when I had not received the voucher they said they would send and still never got a reply. So I called again tonight and was told that I could get a 10% refund and a $10 voucher towards my next purchase. After an hour on the phone with this *** I gave it over to my husband before I screamed at someone. He spoke with a manager and was told there was nothing they could do. Never use this florist, they are a rip off and a scam and have severely screwed up what was supposed to me something special to my mom for mothers day! Their Customer service is terrible and you will be very unsatisfied.

:cry Ordered an item for Fathers Day a week before the actual date...figured I gave them enough time, right? Wrong.

Item was supposed to be delivered on Friday, the 17th....nope, figure Saturday, the 18th, nope....Sunday? Of course not. Called them and asked where it was got the run around and said it would be delivered Monday afternoon (great because Fathers Day was Sunday)...did it arrive NO AGAIN! Called and they told me "it's a drop ship item and we aren't sure when it would be delivered".

Well if they told me that I probably wouldn't have ordered, now would I. When I called to complain the second time, I got what appeared to be a "stepford wife" who answered the phone and just kept saying I'm sorry.

Offered me a $20 gift certificate...gee, wow! Like I would order from these clowns again...and I'll put this message on every sounding board that I can :cry

Alas Karen, I had to order for people in different parts of the country. I was using this company because it was easier to do that than to call each town I had to make an order in and deal with several people.

Especially in the small town my parents live in. I assume they had contracts with local florists to make the deliveries.

Just to let you know, these people are not florists. They are order gatherers who know nothing about the floral industry.

They will take you order and give maybe 2/3 or less of the amount to the florist they contact to fill the order.

ALWAYS use a local florist. They will lead you to believe they are a local florist so ask them what their street address is or some other question that only a local florist would be able to answer.

From You Flowers - Do Not Order!

I placed an order on Thursday evening (5/5) for flowers to be delivered to a wake the next day. I paid an additional fee that guaranteed the flowers would be delivered by noon on Friday (5/6). The flowers were not delivered by 5pm so I called From You Flowers and was advised the florist would not know the status of my order until his delivery truck returned from deliveries. I reminded them the flowers were supposed to have arrived by noon and that was quite odd that the florist could not call the delivery driver via cell phone. From You Flowers advised the delivery drivers could not be disturbed during deliveries. I told them I hope they never use this same florist again and that I would call them back if the flowers did not arrive by the time the wake ended (9pm). Well, the flowers did not arrive and I called From You Flowers again. I advised the flowers had not been delivered and was told by From You Flowers they were on the truck for delivery and would be at the mortuary in the next 15minutes. I said ok and that I would call them back if they did not arrive. Around midnight, I found out the flowers still had not been delivered and was back on the phone to From You Flowers. This time I was told the previous reps I had spoken to were new to the company, the flowers had been delivered at 2:30pm and had been placed in the mortuary's flower room, and that a delivery confirmation had been sent to me via email. I advised the flowers had not in fact been delivered as I was at the wake and they were not there. From You Flowers advised they would check with the florist in the morning and call me back. I phoned the mortuary in the morning and inquired if they had received any flower deliveries the previous day and was advised they had not. As of noon on Saturday (5/7), I had not heard back from From You Flowers, so I called them yet again. This time they placed me on hold and called the mortuary to confirm no flowers had been received. I was then advised they would be able to send the flowers to a home address on Monday (5/9). I said ok and gave them the name and address of where to send the flowers. On Monday (5/9), I received a confirmation of delivery email. Today, Tuesday (5/10), I spoke with the flower recipient and found out no flowers had been delivered. I called From You Flowers again this evening and was advised they had received confirmation of delivery on 5/9. I told them that was nice, but the flowers had not been delivered. They then said they would need to speak with the florist again tomorrow morning (5/11) and would call me back. At this point, I told them the whole situation was ridiculous and that I did not want flowers coming from the same florist as he/she had already provided two fake delivery confirmations and that I wanted them to find another florist that could deliver to the same area. They said they found another florist in the area and that the flowers will be sent tomorrow to the home address I provided to them on 5/7. I am appauled by how I have been treated by this company and am shocked in the manner in which they handle their business. I have been treated as if I am lieing. I told From You Flowers from my first complaint call that I am not looking for compensation, I just want the darn flowers delivered...period. We will see what happens tomorrow, but I am not holding my breathe. I am sure I will be on the phone with them again within the next 24hrs! :(

This company is what is known as an "order gatherer".. Florists for the most part can't stand them.

They parade around on the internet as a local florist. What they do is take an order for say $50.00 and charge their customer an additonal $17.50 plus taxes for taking the order.

Then they send the order to the florist to make it up and deliver it, but it will be disconted down to where the florist will actually receive about $35.00 for all of it. IT IS WAY BETTER TO CALL THE LOCAL FLORIST AND NOT GET CAUGHT UP IN THIS SCHEME OF DECEIT WITH FROM YOU FLOWERS!

From You Flowers is horrible!!!

I ordered flowers for mother's day last week on May 4th from fromyouflowers.com and was promised they would be delivered on May 8th, 2011. I received a confirmation email from 1800flowers instead and when I called on mother's day, they said order delivery was confirmed. in fact, the flowers were not delivered on May 8th, 9th, OR 10th. after I called 5 times to find out why, they said they were en route and delivery confirmation again received, but flowers were still NOT delivered!! turns out they didn't have the right vase but didn't tell me about it! now i'm waiting to see if they will deliver it on May 11th. needless to say, i'm infuriated and all they keep offering me is a 10% refund. they deal with outside florists and often deliver decaying flowers (this is my second time being disappointed by them). waiting to speak to a real person in customer service also takes forever by the way, so I highly encourage everyone to reconsider dealing with this company.

From you flowers BEWARE!!

This is the worst company I have ever done business with! Not only will my step mother and my 80 year old grandmother not receive flowers on Mothers Day but my day is also ruined. I placed 3 orders on the 3rd of May and called and spoke with them several times to make sure my orders would be good. I was reassured every time that my ...orders were good to go. The first order that was supposed to be delivered on Mothers Day was delivered on Friday the 6th. I had two more orders left. I received an email at 400AM (on Mothers Day) saying they could not fulfill my orders. I called and "Alissa" said that she didn't know why I received the emails and that the orders were "on the truck". My family never received any flowers. Once again I called back and was told they didn't have florist in the area. I wanted to know why I was told that I was good to go and not told the truth so I could have made other arrangements. All they offered was "sorry" and a $20 gift certificate that I would never use because I will not do business with them again or any of their affiliates. They also offered to call my Grandmother and tell her sorry. REALLY? This may be the last Mothers day that my Grandmother sees and they want to tell her sorry?? They are only going to refund the money for two orders although they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I AM NOT SATISFIED!! This business DOES NOT care about their customers and I would not be surprised if the money is not refunded to my account in 1-2 business days like they said they would.

From You Flowers - Bait & switch game with words regarding free shipping

I was nearly done ordering Christmas flowers over the phone with FREE shipping and an offered $10 discount. When I got ready to complete order she said "there is a $14.99 service charge, are you aware of that?" I said "no, but that sounds to me like you're actually charging for shipping but just changed the wording." The flowers started out @ $39.99 but after haggeling, her final offer was $46.00. I don't know how that happened but I politely declined the offer and am very dissappointed! If they would advertise free shipping but say there is a local delivery charge that would be more honest.

From You Flowers - Rude delivery, damaged goods, and wrong Balloon.

I ordered a Christmas Cactus, with a bow onit and a Mylar balloon that said I Love You. What I got was a bow that was crushed and a plain balloon. Also the delivery person said she called my wife and her extention had no such call. The florist that did this is in Norton, Massachusetts. The order number is #89165374. I certainly will not do business with that florist in Norton, Ma. and I will not order any flowers from you!!!!!!!!! I realize you can't control everything that happens, but I am done with you and your products.The order cost me total--$47.96.
