From You Flowers - The Worst Flower Company ever!!!

I order Flowers to be delivered on Thursday for same day... when comfirming the order it kicked delivery day to friday... ok i thought maybe i was just a little to late in the day at 2pm....so now scheduled for friday AM.. Did not recieve a comfirmation by 2 pm so I called. The girl told me " I called the florist and they are in route will be there by 6pm" at 5:15 I get a call from them stating " we can not find a florist in your area with tulips can we substitite another flower and deliver on Monday" So now i was lied to ask them why i was told they were being deliver and when they obviuosly were not and I was bascily told im lieing that I wasnt told that. So after they offered me a pethatic 20% discount I told them to resnd with something better and get it deliverd in the AM Saturday... guess what folks it is 5pm that day and they still have NOT delivered them!!!!! By the time i get them there the meaning of what i sent them for will be lost in translation..... Worst Company ever.. Never do business with them

I am a florist, today I was asked by this company 5 times to take an order 20 miles away from my shop, an area I do not say I deliver to. They refused to give florists any more money for out of area deliveries and they advertise in areas were there are not local florists willing to serve that area.

If you belong to a wire service, which is what they are using to transmit their orders, they can do a look up to see if anyone can cover these orders and not advertise in the areas that do have fulfilling florists. For highest satisfaction use a real florist in the local area. Find their reviews on Google and ask for a landmark in the area. I have it happen all of the time, and I don't mind verifying I am local to my area.

Floral Detective has some really good articles why everything else is a scam. I have heard of many horror stories of Proflowers as well as all of the others

I am a florist and I will tell you why services from fromyouflowers suck. They send order to shop at 10am, and tells them to deliver by 12pm, and if we deliver 10 min.

after, they cancel the order. They do this so often and so intentionally most shops are refusing to deal with them. You simply lose money when dealing with fromyouflowers.

That's why. Call your local florist and they will take care of your order.

From You Flowers - 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is a joke

I chose a "florist designed birthday bouquet." It was the worst looking arrangement I've ever seen. A 2 year old could do a better job. Overly large flowers on 3 sides with different flower on the fourth side, a random twig sticking out the side and *** looking Eucalyptus sticking out the top all in a tiny little vase. I e-mailed and called customer service and all they would do is offer a 15% discount on a future purchase. Their guarantee states: "From You Flowers, LLC offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service FOR ANY REASON feel free to contact us. We will either refund your money or redeliver a new product. The choice is yours! Problems are rare, but when they occur From You Flowers is available 24 hours a day to help you." Direct quote from their website. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is meaningless. I will never use them again.

From You Flowers is located in Connecticut. Really let them know what you think of them, they are terrible!!! I spent almost five hours trying to resolve this matter. I sent pictures of what their vendor produced on their behalf all to no avail. they just dont seem to care. I paid a "Premium price" and received a subtandard product and worse service. I willnever use them or any other online florist ever again!!!

Do not blame the vendor for this, from you flowers shows the consumer one picture only and doesn't explain the differences between the sizes so you are not sure what you are truly getting. The vendor or real florist has an item number, a recipe (exact number of stems of each flower to put in), and a substitution guide with what to work off of.

A florist can not possibly carry each week all of the flowers needed to make each arrangement found on a website. Sometimes even their large whole flower market doesn't have the flowers, or they are not in season. The florist is going to try to make the best job substituting flowers as they can. Please, go to a real florist which can always tell you what is in their cooler.

Use google and look for the map of florist locations in the town you are looking for.

They will also have reviews for the florists. Use that to decide which florist to use

From You Flowers - Poor quality and terrible customer service

Ordered flowers for a good friends birthday (Roses in Rapture) which appears to be a tall tiered arrangement of all red roses in a red vase. What was delivered was a flat arrangement of pink and red roses in a clear vase. On the second day they delivered red roses but again nothing remotely like what they advertised. I asked for half off as I only received half of what I ordered, they countered with 20% off and a gift card (like i'm gonna use them again :()Nothing but excuses!!! They took my money and then did not provide me with what I ordered. to the BBB I go they were terrible four hours of my time wasted with them. I will go to the florist myself next time!!! I will never order from "From You Flowers" or any other online florists ever again!!! Do not use them!!! "Caveat Emptor!!!"

I ordered flowers to be sent to funeral home for the service of dear friend , as I was unable to attend . I ordered early the day before service and payed the additional cost to ensure early arrival to funeral home. I even called the customer service rep. to make sure the flowers would arrive as ordered. The service was at 10:00 am and they called me at 9:30am to tell me they couldn't have flowers delivered by 10:00am, and what would they want me to do. Needless to say I was mortified and hurt that my flowers didn't arrive . The rep said she would like to make their error correct by sending flowers to family home instead of the funeral home. Do they really think I want a funeral arrangement sitting at their door when they get home. They said all they could do is refund money. Hope I receive it. What do I say to family, sorry I was unable to attend and I did send flowers but they didn't get delivered. I'm so embarrassed that it appears I didn't acknowledge the death of a special person.

I can sympathize with the issue of funeral flowers. I placed an order on Sat.

4/13/13 in the morning for funeral flowers to be delivered to my step grandfathers service scheduled for 11am Sunday 4/14/13. Service was in Florida and I am in Colorado- 2 hours behind. I was notified by email at 9 am Florida time that their contracted florist was not answering and they could not process my order. They told me they could send the funeral spray to a home on Monday!!

Yeah, that is just what my family needs to have..I am so angry and its now to late to rectify this. I feel so embarrassed that I am not even acknowledging his passing.

Told FromYouFlowers.com this is the first and last time I will use them and I will tell everyone how horrible they are!! Screwing up a funeral arrangement and delivery is the lowest of low!!!!

Had the same problem with an arrangement I ordered sent to a home for a memorial service the next day. Never arrived -- when I finally asked my friend about it (embarrassed to do so) and called the company, they said there had been a computer glitch and the order never went through.

I'm furious. Too late to do anything now.

Never in my life have I been more angry at a service. It was imperative that the flowers I ordered arrived on a specific day. They never arrived. I called the next day and someone was supposed to get right back to me. I had to call back 2 hours later. I was told the flowers were on the truck and set for delivery now. Six hours later the flowers still haven't arrived. I called again and was told they're on the truck and about to be delivered. Well an hour later and they still haven't arrived. I called to ask for my money back as the flowers were suppossed to arrive about 36 hours previously and was told someone would call me back. Here I am. Still waiting. Still no flowers. Still pissed. and still out my money.

If you put them on your charge card, dispute the bill if they charge you. You should call them and cancel the order if they haven't been delivered.

If delivered, can you not accept delivery? If he does deliver, but almost two days late, dispute the charge.

In any event, you should dispute the charge. They did not live up to the implicit/oral contract you made when you ordered.

After a HUGE disagreement and some other choice words plus a few days of awkward silence. I sent some flowers to my wifes job to show her that I care and still love her. They were very time sensitive to me and not only did they not render the "same day" service as they offered but they called back on the second non delivery to inform me that they DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE FLOWERS I ORDERED! They suggested some other arrangement that I probably didn't pick for a reason, and asked if I would accept them. Which I did, only out of desperation for the fact that it was already two days late and didn't know when they would arrive. It is now 12:30 pm and still no word on whether they have been delivered or not, but after reading other customers reviews from various complaint sites, I can only imagine what my "great surprise" will look like. I'm surprised a company like this still exists in this economy. You'd be better off snatching flowers from the side of the road...

From You Flowers - Not on Time and ripped off on quality

Didn't deliver on promised date (anniversary). Arrangement was supposed to be premium but was tiny. Was supposed to be upgraded for failure to deliver on promised date and wasn't. Ordered 3 anniversary balloons and got a single Valentine balloon. Refused to refund or redeliver. The customer service people contacted me back and gave me a price per flower of what was in my arrangement of like $6 a piece for carnations.... no really. The arrangement is under a foot tall but was supposed to be premium. Their website shows premium as not only better quality/quantity but also larger.

I am currently dissatisfied that my order has not yet been delivered. I also wanted to comment that people who like posting insulting remarks really should learn proper spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc. The first comment really wasn't helpful, but I supposed it made you feel important.
