So I ordered flowers for y wife, as most of you did. Paid the extra delivery fee for GUARANTEED delivery before NOON. Well nothing. To sum it up they pretty much ruined a surprise for my wife, as I acted as I forgot Valentine's Day. So much for that surprise! I've attempted to call and email several times, same excuse, we will check with florists, or my order wasn't confirmed. FROMYOUFLOWERS.COM is such a scam is what it seems like, and they are doing this to a whole lot of people, I hope they get put on blast so everyone knows not to order from them, I understand V-Day is a busy day but really, c'mon don't guarantee deliveries, all you took from us was our money and got nothing from you.

My son ordered one dozen roses from this company for his girlfriend and she didn't get anything. No phone call or email from the company and no one has returned his calls. The better business and attorney general here in New York well be getting out complaint about this.

Do not order flowers from this company!!! Purchased a $60 bouquet for Valentines day. I would have been better off with the $20 flowers from the local market. The flowers looked like ***!!! Arrived on time is the only plus to my order. But that's only thanks to the shipping/parcel service they used. I will never order flowers from this company again. Not to mention it was basically false advertisement. They should show you a picture of what you are actually getting. Not what they have laying around. Go with a different company. Do not order From you flowers!

If this ruined Valentines day for your boyfriend he is not a good boyfriend. He just wants gifts rather than spending time with you and he probably got more gifts from his other girlfriends, ones whom he actually score with.

Placed an order with From you flowers.com at about 1030 on Feb 13th, was gauranteed delivery by 5 pm on the 14th, not sure if there is a time clock on this posting but, it's currently 10 min to 6 pm. Guess what, no flowers! It takes a minimum of 30 minutes to speak with someone and when you do, they can't tell you anything! I emailed customer service three times and still have not gotten a response, the first email was at 245 pm today. Boycott them as much as possible! I will never order from fromyouflowers.com nor will I ever recommend it someone-not even my worst enemy!

I don't know if you'll come back and read the responses to your post, but I am in the girlfriend's shoes in the same situation with this horrible company. My boyfriend sheepishly called me before I felt work today to ask if I had gotten anything .

. . I hadn't. He ordered them be delivered by noon, but they still weren't there at the end of the day.

Poor guy! Trust me, your girlfriend appreciates the gesture very much and think the world of you for trying.

Also, on a side note, I work at a bank -- if this company wont' refund your money, contact the bank whose card you used and ask that they file a dispute/claim for the funds.

Whether the flowers were never delivered or if they were delivered but really *** you should have recourse through your bank. We have categories like, "merchandise not recieved" and "merchandise not as described" for these situations and they ARE eligible for a refund/dispute.

FROM YOU FLOWERS SUCK !!! Ordered a Classic Peace Lily floor plant for my Uncle Jerry's Funeral... a small dish garden was delivered the first day of viewing... wrong plant, not what I ordered.

Contacted wecare@fromyouflowers...after numerous form letter excuses.. all I wanted was the plant delivered replaced with the plant that I ordered... my pymt was refunded and I was told that my order had been re-entered, and delivery made.

Message was left on my phone the following AM that my credit card had to be re-entered to complete order... since I was in hurry to get to the Funeral Home... I decided I would call from there.

I called from the Funeral Home and informed that everything was okay, my order was entered and that it would be delivered in the afternoon... it was not.. and after four hours of waiting.. I called again.

At this time I was advised that my order could not be delivered that day, since they needed my card info... they had also left the same message at my home phone..instead of contacting me at the Funeral Home..I REPLACED THE ORDER and was assured that the plant would be delivered the next AM before we left for the burial.

The plant was delivered as the cars were leaving the Funeral Home.. and a 50% deduction from my card... all in all I was very dissastisfied.. no body really seems to know what they are doing.. and make things more difficult than it should be.

Attempted to place another order using my 15% Preferred Customer Discount... my two orders did not show up in "My Account" causing the 15% not to be credited on-line.. again after numerous form letter responses and excuses as to what they couldn't do... I closed my account.

I feel that once the wrong plant was delivered.. the number one priority should have been the delivery of the correct plant... payment and other matters could have been handled later... VERY POOR PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

These clowns haven't sent the flowers I ordered, trying to get them to email you back is a feat in itself, and because I'm in Afghanistan, I can't call to actually try to talk to someone. Why? These people are not an actual florist. Had I read the about us, I would have noticed that they are only affiliated with florists around the world. The only thing they can do is take your order, and THEN call the local florist to wherever you were going to have them delivered to, and make an order on your behalf.... pocketing a little bit for their own costs and charging you more than the flowers at the local florist would charge. So they cannot gaurentee anything. They dont know anything if the local florists are swamped, or got lost, or haven't gotten around to it yet. They cannot gaurentee same day delivery, they can't even gaurentee delivery at all. You would be better off calling a buddy and having him do it all for you. Having a friend call for me since I am deployed over here, when asking for my money back, they said they would have to talk to the local florist first and find out what is going on before they can cancel the order. Save yourself the time and trouble and google the city your delivering to and try to find a florist that way. Don't look for the big names.

From You Flowers - THEY TOOK THEM BACK!

Ordered a plant with flowers to be delivered to my daughter on her first day at her new job. When they didn't arrive I called the next morning to find out what had happened. Since they weren't able to get in touch with the florist that early in the morning, they promised to call back. Almost two hours later I received an email stating the florist had tried to but the door was locked. (It's NYC people - they have a buzz in system like half of the city does.) I emailed them back - please have a supervisor call me. Half hour later another email - sorry for the inconvenience! So now I call them again and ask for a supervisor. But the young lady assured me that she could help. After some discussion she told me that the plant had already been delivered and then offered me a $10 gift card good on my NEXT purchase (did she really think I would order again?) After saying no to the gift card - I want my money back she said "fine but we have to take the plant back". I told her to do what she felt was necessary and then later found out that the plant was just being delivered while I was on the phone. My daughter did see the plant for approximately 5 minutes before it was picked up again. Needless to say I won't be doing business with them in the future. Beware!
