Valentines Day Disaster | From You Flowers review from Lincoln, Nebraska

I ordered flowers on Feb. 13th for next day delivery to my mother. She lives in a small rural town and I only see her a few times a year so I thought she would be completely surprised with flowers at work on Valentines Day. I paid the extra $4.99 to have them delivered by noon. On vday I get a call at 10am saying that the florist messed up and that they are not going to be able to have them delivered until the next day. They said they would call my mother and let her know a "surprise" was coming the next day and that I had every intention of her receiving it that day. That alone messed up the surprise. They did not offer me a discount, upgrade, refund, or ANYTHING! I called back and ask to have my $4.99 refunded at the least since they were definitely not being delivered by noon on vday. They said that could be done and that I would receive an email right away confirming that. No email came. The next day I get a call at 8:30am and am told they no longer deliver to her area. I was asked if they could send them to a different address in a different city; NO! My mother doesn't live in ANOTHER city! I tried calling 3 times, sat on hold waiting for "the next available representative" for 20mins each time, and then told to email them because they were experiencing a "higher than normal call volume." I was told twice I would get an email confirming my refund and I still to this day don't have any of those. A nasty email, two nasty conversations, and two days later I FINALLY got a refund.

I ordered flowers on 02/02/12 for my girl friend ,for valentines day . The flowers were not there by 8pm so i tried to call about flowers stayed on hold for over 30 minutes ,the flowers were finally delivered at 11:15 pm . I thought that if i ordered flowers early on02/02 they would be delivered on the 14th at a reasonable time ,not 11:15 at night. I could have used another store like kroger of pro flowers or some other online store and i will next time. so i wont be using for you flowers again .did mot get as much as i am sorry or anything

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for valentines day,,, n the picture of what i ordered was red roses in a glass container,,,, n what she got was nothing like what i ordered,,, what she got was pink and in a plastic thing, and im rather disappointed. It didnt say they could send something different, and what good does it do to take the time of picking out what you wanted, if there just going to send whatever they want. And when i got back on the sight i saw they dont have the pic of what i ordered anymore and changed it to something else,,, yet my order clearly shows what i ordered in the picture on my order email,,, so i should have been notified they werent going to send it, and i should have been asked if the new item was ok, so i could have picked out something else, or canceled it. If people order something its for a reason, and i picked red for a reason, and i picked the one i did because it was the one i liked and wanted to give her. I did not approve the ones that were sent, and i did not like the way they looked, and i would not have picked it. And i wanted red for a reason too. And i really loved the one i picked, and that was why i chose them from you, n i really think its *** that you can get away with that.

My favorite Aunt in all the world entered a hospital during the night of Feb 12, 2012. Early on the 13th, I found this website that promised same day delivery, and I thought their get well bouquets were nice. I placed the order, but I was told that my card was denied, so my order was not accepted. I didn't receive any emails or anything, so I looked for other florists before I discovered that From You Flowers charged my pre-paid credit card $70, so I thought the flowers were delivered after all. I found out the next day that the flowers were never delivered, so I contacted them, but they claimed that they couldn't "find" my order, so I gave them all the info along with the order number from my card, but I have not gotten a refund, so I couldn't afford to get a different gift for my Aunt, who's from another state, so I couldn't even go see her. The worst part is that my beloved Aunt passed away before I could send her anything, so I don't even know if she knew I was thinking of her. I wanted to send the flowers to let her know that I love her with all my heart, but they took this away from me. We need to get this bogus company shut down, given all the negative reviews.

Never in my life has a company made me feel miserable and disgusted at the same time... I did 2 orders of flowers the 6th for Valentine's delivery and as soon as I finished receive a phone call asking me personal info... they even went to the far length as of accusing me of fraud on my own credit cards after all said and done i thought all went good with the order.. WRONG!!!! the flowers never arrived they had cancel my order and never contacted me to do so. used 2 gift certificates and never got a refund....

From you Flowers is THE WORST

I ordered flowers 2 weeks in advance of Valentine's Day. Needless to say they never showed up. They didn't arrive the next day either. I tried emailing customer survice but never got a response. I finally called and was on hold for 25 minutes before someone answered. At the end of the day they were no help - very disappointing experience to say the least. I've ordered from other florists online before and haven't had these kind of problems. I'm sure the flowers would never have been delivered if I didn't follow up. How far in advance do need to order flowers??? STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!

i ordered flowers for my mom on 2/13 to get to her on valentines day. She never recieved them. i have e mailed them three times on their from from the track my order page, they say they will respond within the hour. SHOCKINGLY they did not reply. i have called the 1 800 number as well. i stupidly waited on hold for 40 minutes the first time and 35 minutes the second time and of course there was no answer. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THEM THEY STILL YOUR MONEY. now i have to dispute my transaction with my credit card company and anyone who has done this knows thats never easy.

next time you call them after every offer they give just refuse it, i work there and that is what i tell people on the phone all the time. sadly people we work there are only trying to not get fired, if you think having bought flowers through them sucks, try working for them. :zzz

If you want a DEPENDABLE, PERSONAL AND RELIABLE floral company do not use FromYouFlowers. If it doesn't get delivered during the event or occasion it is your loss and certainly not a concern of FromYouFlowers. They are not florist and customer service is a long waiting period with no mutual agreed upon solution for the problem I received three emails confirming the order, the delivery and a charge on my credit card two days before the flowers were to be delivered. No contact from FromYouFlowers about any problems even after the flowers were not delivered. I had to contact them two days after the delivery date, be on hold for 26 minutes, and be transferred to two different personnel to find out why the flowers were not received.

FromYouFlowers - I Will NEVER Use Them Again | From You Flowers review from Reading, Pennsylvania

I live in Pennsylvania: I ordered flowers from FromYouFlowers for the first time on January 19th, 2012 and they were to go to Texas to my Aunt because my cousin had passed away. The flowers were guaranteed to be delivered by 3:00 pm that same day. I received a voice message on my phone to call FromYouFlowers because the order could not be delivered. I also received an email stating that they could not find a florist to make the delivery on time and I should contact them to let them know if I wanted them to deliver the flowers the next day or cancel. I called and I told them I wanted them delivered the next day and they said they would. I also told them I wanted to be compensated for the delay so they credited me $5.24 back in my bank account, upgraded my flower order to the next size, sent an apology with the flowers and told me that they would email me a GIFT CERTIFICATE in the amount of $15.00 that I could use ANYTIME with ANY other offer. Anyway, giving them the benefit of the doubt and since I had a gift certificate, I ordered flowers on the 13th of February to be delivered to my daughter (23) who has a new job, lives 3 hours away and I miss her very much, we are very close. I spoke with a woman named Vandin, she said they would be delivered to her office on the 14th for Valentine's Day. It is now Wednesday, Feb. 15th and she still did not receive them or a phone call from the florist. The day I ordered them, the representative (Vandin) I spoke to did not understand what I was telling her a few times during the order and did not understand that they were to be delivered to her address in Washington, DC. I had to tell her that is where the President is because I tried a few times to explain Washington, DC. I told her it is very important to me she receives them on Valentine's Day. When I gave the woman the code from the ad I received online for 25% off and then told her I wanted to apply my gift certificate she told me I could not use both??? I explained to her how I received the gift certificate and that I was told it could be used anytime with any special...she said no, I can use one or the other. I told her it is a gift certificate, not a special, it was for them messing up my first order a month ago...she still said no. I asked her to speak with her supervisor, she put me on hold, got back on the phone and said her supervisor said she could do it this time? She gave me my confirmation order number and I asked her to repeat the address I gave her for the delivery just to make sure it was correct. She said she could not pull it back up and that if I wanted to check to see if it was correct I should call back in a hour, give them the order number. So I did and it was correct. I also expressed to this person (Rosemary) how important it was to have them delivered on the 14th. I was just on hold for 17 minutes and finally spoke with (Dan) at customer service. He said he would call the florist and see what the problem was. I told him I would hold..he came back to the phone and said that there was no answer at the florist and that he would electronically contact them and someone would get back to me...I said will it be today and he said it should be. AMAZING how some companies do business. I will update this site when I hear back from them. But I will NEVER order anything from FromYouFlowers again. Sincerely, Cathy from PA
