From You Flowers in New York, New York - Did not deliver what was promised
100% customer satisfaction is not what I received. I ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday to my little sister who had a big surgery on Friday. It is now Tuesday and she has not received them, and the surprise is ruined. I was hoping for a simple exchange, as the website promised and it has been nothing but. On the first day they didn't bother calling to tell me it wasn't coming. The second day I had to call and ask what happened to find out they were short a particular kind of flower so they didn't want to send it out without talking to me, maybe calling me that day would have been the first step. It was a mixed bouquet, how can you not deliver because of that?? I don't care what's in it, I won't even see it, make it looks good and deliver what you promise. They offered to add an apology card from them saying it should have arrived on Saturday, how would that make it better? That doesn't mean anything to her. The third day I call again, they say they will deliver. Well, she needed to go to a doctor's appointment because of the surgery so no flowers again. Why they could not leave it there for her, again I do not know. Instead they call her, surprise is totally ruined and hopefully they will deliver today. I have been offered a 15% discount which I noticed is offered to all customers that place an order with them, I already received it through an email asking how the non-existent delivery went because now I am a preferred member and a $10 gift card. Why would I want to order through you again? How have you earned that? Several times on the phone I mentioned I was not happy with what they have done to better the situation, yet they don't care. I asked for a larger discount today, she explained that I have this great 15% discount and gift card on the way and more or less hung up on me. I do not recommend this company. I don't know if I am even 15% satisfied.

From You Flowers in New York, New York - Wonderful Experience and Fresh Flowers
I just ordered a bunch of flowers for my wife... And I am leaving for Afghanistan in a couple days. I was having them sent to her work, She called me and let me know that she was getting off early, so I had a sudden change of plan because she knows nothing of the flowers! So I called your customer support and a Mr. Kevin picked up and I explained my case and quickly jumped into action and made multiple phone calls found that there were some glitches and they weren't gonna able to have my order done at all today... He then made more phone calls found another florist and even got them to have it to my wife's work before she gets out today! Mr. Kevin is the reason I will buy all my flowers from your company from now on!!! I will also make sure all my Marines buy their flowers through you all also! When we deploy we buy a lot of flowers for our women! I wish I had gotten Mr. Kevins last name, I hung up before I got it. Ordered flowers from their website to be delivered to my friend who is in the hospital. Placed order on a Thursday afternoon and website and order confirmation quoted delivery for the next day, Friday. I called on Friday at 4pm (24 hours later) to see if the flowers had been delivered, and the customer service rep said, "I don't see anything in the system telling me otherwise, so I'm sure all is okay." I then received an email from them at 8:48pm that night saying: "We were unable to locate a florist who was able to complete the delivery today." And, "Additionally, we would need your permission to substitute your chosen product for one as close as possible." So not only did they not make the delivery date and time that was promised, they couldn't even provide the product i ordered! All this AFTER they charged my credit card: 1-800-FlowersÂ® Happy Day Bouquetâ„¢ $34.99 Discount -$8.75 (I get a discount through my company) 1 Get Well Mylar Balloon $5.00 Shipping/Service Fee $14.99 Total $46.23 I wrote them back and said that I'm very disappointed and not going to let them blindly substitute something for me. So now I have to pick something else off the website and call them back? Of course, there are very few items at the same price point on the site. I just gave up. I just called and canceled my order, then placed a new order with Proflowers. I don't recommend using From You Flowers. Alerted my employer about this, as one of my co-workers also had a bad experience. They have removed From You Flowers from our intranet, so nobody else has to go through this!

I placed an order for Birthday Flowers on a Friday night for Sunday delivery. After two calls and many promises on Sunday the flowers were still not delivered. When still not delivered by Monday night, I requested a refund ! Wasted a lot of time and 4 phones calls--- not to mention the $. I think this is a scam and if i do not get a refund I will file with the BBB . BEWARE - i would never use this website again. i would stick with known websites not ones like this that have similar looking logos to try and fool ppl. I knew this was not a well known site, but hoped they were legit. NOT !

From you Flowers is TERRIBLE!! I don't know how these people are in business. I wish I'd checked them out prior to placing my order, but they were linked to my Citibank card and I trusted that. First they use Google checkout which is still in it's infancy trying to compete with PayPal. Give it up Google, you service SUCKS!! Next they called me the day my order was to be deliverd to tell me the florist could not deliver my order on the day they promised and would deliver it the next day. Today is the next day and I have been on the phone for over 30 minutes trying to get answers about a simple ballon order. Now they have finally gotten back to me only to tell me that the Florist cannot find my order!! RIDICULUOUS!! Never again. And I am about to blow up Citibank's website as well for recommending them!

I placed a "same day" order with From You Flowers and was notified at the end of the day that they were unable to fulfill my delivery. They offered a refund or a promise to deliver the next morning. I was pissed but reluctantly agreed as is was to late too book another florist. I got a call the next day and was informed (at 1:30 in the afternoon) that the florist they secured had closed early and there were no other florists in all of Park City Utah to complete the delivery. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Placed 3 separate orders, one in Illionis, one in Ohio and one in Florida and the all were completely screwed up. No deliveries on 2 and the other the flower arrangement was not at all as described on the website...staff somewhat incompetent and argumentative. There is absolutely NO WAY this could happen with a legitimate company... Here's the beauty... I received an email saying the flowers were delivered, when I called customer service they told me that the driver was making the delivery as I was on the phone with them...little did they know I was at the delivery address then... I advised them there in fact was no delivery person there and she alluded I was lying... WTF??? It's not about the $$$ it's the disappointment for the recipient. DO NOT make the same mistake I did!!!
