From You Flowers.com - what a great disappointment! ! I had ordered flowers for a friend's funeral but it was never delivered, however I was told twice personally that it was delivered on time. As a flower delivery service company, they should've followed up with this before I had to chase after them for answers. Not only they've failed to follow up on a simple order but they've also failed to follow through with their promise of letting me know what was going on. I have used this company a handful of times but I will never use them again after this. It's not only the fact that the flowers were never delivered but also the failure to handle this properly and promptly when notified by the customer several times. For the record, I have called twice and emailed twice regarding the status of my order and was told twice personally that my order was delivered on time. This was for a funeral which was 3 weeks ago. Even if they have them deliver the flowers today, it wouldn't be for my complete satisfaction. And, even if I get a full refund from them, it will wouldn't be for my complete satisfaction.

ON 3/1/12 I ORDERED FLOWERS FOR MY 89 YEAR OLD MOTHER FOR HER BIRTHDAY. THEY WERE TO BE SENT ON 3/4/12. AT 11:30AM ON 3/4/12 I GOT A CALL FROM YOUR PEOPLE TELLING ME THEY COULD NOT DELIVER THE FLOWERS BECAUSE IT WAS A RURAL AREA AND THEY COULD NOT FIND A SHOP. IT IS NOT A RURAL AREA SHE LIVES RIGHT IN TOWN AND THEY DO HAVE SHOPS IN FLORENCE, OR. THEY WANTED TO DELIVER THE FLOWERS ON MONDAY WHEN IT WOULD BE MORE CONVENIENT FOR THEM. I WAS SO UPSET I CRIED. THEY HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO CALL ME IF THEY COULD NOT DELIVER ON SUNDAY THEY COULD HAVE CALLED AND DELIVERED ON SATURDAY WHICH EVEN THOUGH NOT HER BIRTHDAY AT LEAST THE FLOWERS WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN LATE (LIKE I FORGOT HER BIRTHDAY). I TRUSTED YOU AND YOUR PEOPLE WERE LAZY AND THOUGHTLESS. YOU ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I CAN HOW YOU RUINED MY 89 YEAR OLDS MOTHER'S BIRTHDAY AND THAT YOU SHOULD NEVER BE TRUSTED. SHAME ON YOU.
From You Flowers in Washington, District Of Columbia - After 3 days for same day delivery, still no flowers
I ordered flowers Friday morning for delivery Friday by 6pm. Got a call around 4 saying they were not able to find an area florist that could deliver on Friday, but would upgrade the bouquet, include a note of apology and deliver Monday. Saturday delivery was not an option. Fine, upgrade and I want no delivery fee. Turns out they just refunded the $2.99 same delivery fee and were still planning on charging the $15.99 fee. Monday comes and goes, get an email stating they were unable to deliver today and will do it tomorrow. Tuesday same thing. I called to cancel the order at that point.
From You Flowers in Los Angeles, California - Never got them!
This was such an awful experience, it was for a birthday surprise and they never got it. I even paid extra for expedited guaranteed delivery to be delivered before 12pm. I had the birthday girl wait 90 minutes after 12pm and still no flowers. This was embarrassing and horrible. They were so rude, and didn't want to give me refund. They said all there were going to do is deliver the flowers in 1-2 days. Her birthday is today, not in 1-2 days. I payed for a guarantee. Because they were so rude, and did nothing to help this situation, I even called my attorney. However, fromyouflowers.com is based out of another state, I would have to pay around $350 to file a claim with the Supreme Court. I'm still debating it, because it was the principle and they showed no compassion.

Never use From You Flowers
I bought some flowers from them for same day delivery for a friend who was going to have surgery the next day and placed my order well before the 2pm cut off time. I received a call from them at 4:15 pm saying that my order did not meet the cut off time for the florist to deliver them and the would be delivered the next day. Being that my friend was going to be in the hospital, there would not be anyone there to receive the flowers and they were supposed to be left at her door. When I checked the status of my order the next day, I got the message "Thank you for your recent order. We have not yet received a delivery confirmation from our florist.We have the ability to track your order internally. Please use this form to send us your order information and we will respond to your inquiry within 1 hour." I submitted the form, and no surprise they did not get back to me within 1 hour. It was not until after 3 did someone get a note that the flowers were not delivered and I had to call the local florist to get the flowers redelivered. When I spoke to the local florist she said that this was not the first time that they have had a problem with fromyouflowers and they were almost ready to stop doing business with them altogether as well. If you have a choice DO NOT USE THEM. Get your flowers from somewhere else reliable.

Ordered flowers for my best friend last Thursday for delivery Friday to the office. They never came. When I called, they promised upgrade and to deliver to her house on Saturday. They never delivered. When I called they said they would send flowers and refund full amount of cost and deliver on Monday. They never delivered. Then Tuesday - reneged on the full refund - offering 20% then 30% -- i told them forget it. I refused to haggle over something they had already promised. This Company is incompetent and doesn't care about customers or generating good will. NEVER USE THEM! It absolutely ruined my friends birthday. She's been having a hard time and was sobbing. I even put her on the phone with them and they apologized and promised to deliver the flowers and refund. Outrageous

I ordered Birthday (FRI FEB 10) flowers for my Wife from "From You Flowers". They called stating taht they could not deliver on FEB 10th, but would deliver on Valentine's Day and I agreed. They recalled stating that they could not deliver on Valentine's Day, but that they could deliver on Monday 13 FEB, and I again agreed. On FEB 15th, thay called to inform me taht they could not deliver at all only offering to send me a coupon. It took several calls to receive my money back (in two seperate refunds) and more calls to be removed from their spam emails. If you want flowers delivered, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY – You will be disappointed.

I ordered flowers on Feb. 13th for next day delivery to my mother. She lives in a small rural town and I only see her a few times a year so I thought she would be completely surprised with flowers at work on Valentines Day. I paid the extra $4.99 to have them delivered by noon. On vday I get a call at 10am saying that the florist messed up and that they are not going to be able to have them delivered until the next day. They said they would call my mother and let her know a "surprise" was coming the next day and that I had every intention of her receiving it that day. That alone messed up the surprise. They did not offer me a discount, upgrade, refund, or ANYTHING! I called back and ask to have my $4.99 refunded at the least since they were definitely not being delivered by noon on vday. They said that could be done and that I would receive an email right away confirming that. No email came. The next day I get a call at 8:30am and am told they no longer deliver to her area. I was asked if they could send them to a different address in a different city; NO! My mother doesn't live in ANOTHER city! I tried calling 3 times, sat on hold waiting for "the next available representative" for 20mins each time, and then told to email them because they were experiencing a "higher than normal call volume." I was told twice I would get an email confirming my refund and I still to this day don't have any of those. A nasty email, two nasty conversations, and two days later I FINALLY got a refund.
