FROM YOU FLOWERS SUCKS, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I ordered flowers to be delivered the same day at 1 pm, 2 hours before the cutoff for same day delivery. At 4 pm that day, I receive an unknown phone call stating that a florist could not be found, so the flowers would be delivered the next day with an apology and would be upgraded. The next day, the flowers came, but they were not upgraded, nor were they the bouquet that I selected. I am very dissatisfied with this company and would suggest using another one to any other person. Although their cost may initially seem like it is worth it, with the nearly $20 delivery and handling fee, it ends up being more expensive with even less satisfaction. Never again will I order flowers from From You Flowers!!!! Horrible Company

I ordered flowers for my mother on her birthday. I ordered them a day before, and paid extra for them to be there by noon. They never showed up. I called and they said they will call the flower shop, then said there was no answer so they will e- mail the shop and the flowers should be there by 6 pm. I called back at 6 pm andtold them the flowers were never delivered. They said they'll e-mail the flower shop and send my mother an apology card. I called back the following day cause she still hasn't recieved her flowers and they said they will have another shop deliver them and will give my mom a $10.00 gift card to their company. I'm on dialysis in another state, and can't wring my mom flowers. They ruined her birthday suprise from me and it broke my heart. And all they can offer is a card and $10.00 gift certificate to their lousy company.

Do not waste your time or money | From You Flowers review from Birmingham, Alabama

If I could give a negative rating, I most surely would. I ordered an "arrangement" for my mother for Mother's Day that was pictured online AS AN ARRANGEMENT and specifically stated it would be SENT AS AN ARRANGEMENT. I placed the order online, requesting the "premium" arrangement (the best, or so they say). Because of my OCD, I called the company two hours after placing the order and asked not once or twice, but three times if the flowers would be sent as an arrangement because I DID NOT want my mother receiving flowers in a box that she would have to put together herself. I was assured that they were indeed an arrangement and would be delivered as such. The day before they were to be delivered, I get an email stating my order had been shipped via UPS. Shipped?? Via UPS???? My thought: How the *** do you send an arrangement via UPS?!? Call customer service immediately.....keep in mind, this "customer service" is the equivalent of me having a conversation with my babbling year-old nephew. I was told it was not an arrangement and was going to be delivered exactly as I stated I didn't want: put-it-together-yourself flowers. Flowers in a *** box. You seriously have lost your mind if you think the recipient will have a smile on their face when they realize they have to put together the flower "arrangement" that someone sent to brighten their day. Here are your flowers!!- oh, by the way, put them together yourself. That's right- we're going to make you work for your happiness. I can personally assure you that there was NO smile on my face. Anyway- customer service tells me that they have no record of the original phone call that I placed, confirming it was indeed an arrangment. Of course you don't. Not only that, they go on to tell me that the product I ordered was no longer available, so they weren't able to find any information about it in their system to see if it stated it would be delivered as an arrangement. Now that is quite impressive. You have my credit card information in your system (that you have no problem charging), yet you can't seem to find YOUR PRODUCT in YOUR SYSTEM that is tied to that credit card info?? No more Mr. Nice Guy here. I need Mr. Manager, pronto. I'm sorry?? They've all left for the day?? How appropriate. No, I don't want their email address. I'll tell you what I want- I want to talk to somebody, now. Ten minutes later, Mr. Supervisor "apologizes" for the inconvenience but offers me 15% discount on my next order. I make it quite clear that there will never, ever be another order from me with their company and I don't want anything stating such coming to me via mail or email. What I want is for you to stop this order before it gets to my mother's doorstep and refund my money. What's that you say?? You can't stop the order because it's already on the UPS truck in transit NOR will you refund me any money?? I'm ready for round three, Mr. Supervisor. After useless arguing for fifteen minutes, I eventually get a 15% refund.....off of a $70 order?? How generous of you! But they can't stop the order. At this point, I'm so pissed that I'm trying to think of ways to track this UPS truck down myself to stop the delivery because I don't want my mother to receive the *** that I now realize is going to be delivered. Too late. Flowers are delivered, mother is calling to tell me how thankful she is to have received the flowers and how she has already put them in the vase (garbage). At the same time, I'm apologizing profusely for the flowers-in-a-box and ask how many flowers are there and what they look like.....there are supposed to be over 20 stems of purple irises. Excuse me- 12 stems?? AND they are all closed, so she can't even see what type of flower OR what color they are???? For Christ's sake- this is unacceptable!!! She's thanking me for something she doesn't even know what it is??? I could have gone to the local grocery store, grabbed some flowers, and mailed them in a box.... I guarantee this would have cost me a lot less than $70 and looked 50x better. She asked if she should send a picture of them- I told her she better not unless she wanted to send me into orbit as well as on a road trip to find who is responsible for this catastrophe. Needless to say- DO NOT order from this "company", ever. Please. I wish I had read the reviews here before I had placed my order. If you want *** flowers, call me and you can pay me to send you some. This company is a joke and only hopes to rip you off, not make someone's day brighter by receiving flowers.

Was going to purchase a a beautiful 300 dollar arrangement with another company- but ForYouFlowers claimed they are able guarantee arrival the same day (keep in mind this was 7 am my time, 9 am the flowers destination time). Their arrangement cost a bit more but I needed same day arrival (mother lost companion earlier around 3 am) so I paid the additional cost and booked this with them. Shortly after I received a confirmation that my arrangement was ordered and on it's way. 2 pm I get a call - "Sorry, our supplier didn't have the flowers needed so they didn't make it". I gave in and asked if there was a different arrangement they could send instead and was advised "They are closed now - we can send a different arrangement tomorrow". I asked for a refund for the additional charge for same day delivery and was advised they would have to check. I asked to cancel my order, I didn't need a different order tomorrow, I need what I ordered for the guaranteed arrival same day. Why wait 7 hours to tell me it's not available?!?! Dont care what they bill me this is ridiculous. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!! Sad thing is, called a florist in her town and they were able to get an even better arrangement to her that evening! I guess now I know nothing beats mom and pop shops!!! EFF THIS RIDICULOUS COMPANY!!!!!!

My mothers 62nd birthday was May 21 ad I have never ordered flowers to have them delivered before so I place an order for same day delivery and they never made it. I called and they told me they sent me an email to state just that but the email was never received. So I call and the csr tells me that they can deliver them the 22nd with an apology letter for. Then and a 4 dollar refund.and an upgrade . Needless to say they never were delivered because they said the florist was not answering the phone and could not be reached but also offered to give me a gift card to use only with this company .. And they could have them delivered on the 23rd as well.. I cancelled my order, requested a refund and will NEVER , EVER use them again!! Thanks for a bad experience for a first time buyer!!!

My best friend's mother passed away unexpectedly on Friday. I'm a military wife and live in Arizona, they were located in South Carolina and I could not get there in time for the service or viewing. I picked out a beautifully dipicted wreath of flowers on their website, paid for same day delivery and expodited shipping for delivery within 4 hours after ordering. I ordered the flowers at 9am South Carolina time and the viewing was from 4-5pm...plenty of time. Hours later the company calls and tells me that "there are NO florists open in Charleston on Sunday". She was full of ***...She promised to get the arrangement there for the service the following day before 2pm with an upgrade. She was to refund the expodited and delivery fees. The next day I get a phone call after the service has already started and is almost over stating that the florist that took on the order cancelled at the last minute. I was furious!!! I told her that I only wanted to speak to a manager...finally after telling her 10 times, she found someone for me to talk to. I spoke with a young lady who kept appologizing, promised me a refund, to call my best friend and appologize to her personally from the company for failing to come through and she was going to send out a free bouquet of flowers...The following day I called my best friend to see if they called to appologize and they did not. I would not recommend this company to anyone...I wouldn't send flowers to my dog from this company....someone needs to take action, I'm thinking it's me!

I ordered and paid for same day delivery on Sunday. As of Tuesday it still hasn't been delivered. At first I was pissed at fromyouflowers.. But I called their customer service numerous of times, which they tried to help at first, I emailed them numerous of times.. And they tried to help.. After day three I asked for my money back.. Now they completely stopped emailing me.. And when I call they ask for my order number then I'm hung up on.. Every time. This *** me off.. My wife was in a car accident and hit by a drunk driver and all I wanted was flowers...

8 days after Mother's Day, still no flowers | From You Flowers review from Avon, Connecticut

This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with on the Internet. My kids ordered flowers for Mother's Day on May 2, a week in advance, with a promised delivery date of Saturday or Sunday. Started calling late afternoon Sunday, was told they were emailing the florist to see what happened. Monday, told that they were contacting another florist and giving an upgrade, promised delivery by 4:30 p.m. No flowers. Wednesday, another rep said they "couldn't find a florist" near my town, but they would try again and promised to call me on Thursday. She did, in fact, leave a message saying, please give me til the end of the day. I gave them til the next Sunday, now 8 days having gone by. This rep told me that "they could only talk to my son, since he was the cardholder." (He was out of the country, 6 time zones away.) At that point I blew up at her, and demanded to speak to a supervisor. I had to ask 3 times, kept telling me "she'll only tell you the same thing." I finally got a supervisor, who told me they tried to reach my son and couldn't, so the card was credited yesterday. We are still waiting to see if a refund was really issued. You would be CRAZY to use this company. Read the other reviews.

From you flowers. Yea ok. Not!

I doted flowers for Mother's Day for my mom. She received the day I asked but my mother asked if I had paid for them because the looked horrible. I asked for on her phone. She sent it. The looked horrid! No words. So I called the business. They thrived every which way for me to not get my money back and to see if the flowers will look better over the weekend. If I wasn't satisfied I would get my money back on Monday. They still looked horrible. I called on Monday and they tried to give me a 15 dollar gift certificate. I told them I would never ever order from them again. Why would I want a gift card. And they didn't refund my acct for the full amount I paid for these horrid looking flowers. Don't do it!! Font ever order from these people ever!!
