I ordered a deluxe bouquet for my kids as a surprise. Well, I was the one surprised. I could have picked up a better looking bouquet at the corner grocery for a quarter of the price. The bouquet was just, let's say totally underwhelming. Just a few common, sad looking, brown edged, petal dropping flowers. I contacted customer service to let them know about the poor quality, expecting that they would replace the flowers or refund my money. After 9 emails, their "100% satisfaction guaranteed" solution was to give me a gift certificate for $10. Poor quality flowers & poor quality customer service. I will not be doing business with this company again.

If this is the case, than that means that once again, I have been lied to, and your company has proven yet another FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. NO WHERE in this "guarantee" does it say "if you're unhappy, we'll lie to you, be rude to you, and make the florist come back and pick up the flowers that you ordered, and only THAN, will we refund your money (3-5 business days later"... Because THAT is exactly what happened to me!!!!! I ordered flowers from fromyouflowers.com to be delivered to my wife at work on 4/17/13. I specified that the order needed to arrive before 4p (because she got off at 4). I called at 12 noon on 1/17 and they lady put me on hold, then came back and said she spoke to the delivery driver, who stated it was on the truck, and would arrive long before 4, guaranteed. Well, my wife came home around 4:20 empty handed, so I had to ruin the surprise to ask where the heck her flowers were... Her work then called her at about 4:30 and said flowers just arrived for her, so she had to DRIVE back to work to get them, and drive back home... Obviously I was furious, as she could have simply driven to the florist herself if that's what I wanted her to do, but I PAID for someone to SURPRISE her at work.... Needless to say, I contacted fromyouflowers, and spoke to "Nori", who offered me a 10% refund (which equates to $3.00)... I refused obviously, and she then had the NERVE to tell me that I can get a full refund IF I agree to have the florist come to my house, and take my flowers away from my wife!!!!! I of course completely lost it, and told her to do whatever she had to do to give me my money back. When I asked to speak to supervisor, she said that her supervisor was the one who made the decision, and "due to privacy policy" she could NOT GIVE ME HER SUPERVISORS NAME!!! The florist called me the next day (1/18) to ask why they were supposed to come get the flowers, and he proceeded to tell me that fromyouflowers NEVER called them yesterday, and completely lied to me when they said "florist said it's on the truck, and will be there long before 4pm"!!! He also stated that the note that was sent to him from "fromyouflowers" was that "THE CUSTOMER (ME) WAS UNHAPPY WITH THE ARRANGEMENT OF THE FLOWERS, and THAT's why he had to come get them... NO mention at all about the actual situation at hand!!! He also told me that they worded it like this because they planned on turning it around on HIM, and issuing me a refund, then they were going to attempt to get refunded by the florist (for something HE didn't do!!!). Needless to say, I STILL don't have a refund, the florist refuses to pick up the arrangement because he doesn't want to be roped in to paying back the website for something he didn't do, and the website is out completely clean and free!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS, AND THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FOR LIES, FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS, NOT FULFILLING THEIR PROMISES, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY FOR FRAUD!!!!!!!! I WANT MY REFUND!!!! I ensure you that I will do everything in my power to make sure as many review sites as possible here about this HORRIBLE experience, I will make positive that 1-800 flowers hears about your business practices, and I will of course also make sure that the BBB, and the FTC know about your unethical business practices, if you do not REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY BACK TO MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT, IN FULL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very bad service, late delivery , missing items | From You Flowers review from New York, New York

Please do not use this company. I ordered for about $100 in flowers in a box of chocolate to be delivered to my wife in NY for our 5th anniversary. paid and extra fee for early delivery. the delivery was almost 3 hours late. the box of chocolate was never delivered. The only thing they offered was some lame apology saying that not everybody is perfect. The costumer service was terrible they told me they would follow up but had to do the followup job myself because no one was actively trying to locate my flowers until i called and I called several times. I will never use this company again

Deceased hit in face with flowers. | From You Flowers review

We paid over 300 dollars for a bleeding heart arrangement and the florist put it on a flimsy wire stand. in fact they did not set it up they just dumped it at the doorstep of the viewing site. Do Not use this company in Colorado they are rip off artists. The heart fell on the deceased and shocked everyone. This is outrageous and we are filing with the attorney general's office to put this florist out of business. There is no excuse for this insult to our family.This company needs to be shut down at once and not allowed to prey on grieving families.

I should have checked the reviews for this company before I placed my order. I didn't because I was in a hurry? I ordered the flowers to be delivered to a business in Coral Springs and paid for same day delivery. I submitted an email address and received a delivery confirmation in ERROR? The flowers never made it? When I called they thanked me for my order and told me the florist submitted a delivery confirmation in error? They promised delivery by 3pm the next day. Again, they failed again. STILL NO FLOWERS.. Bottom line the flowers never made it.... Seems like this company can't execute their orders.

Ordered flowers as a gift and surprise for Christmas Eve. I was trying to start a new tradition and it went horribly wrong. FromYouFlowers.com blamed it completely on UPS and blew me off when I complained. The order showed up three days late and were half-dead. It took numerous emails to get them to send another order and they offered me a gift certificate, but I have ABSOLUTELY no desire to use their service EVER Again. Their guarantee states 100% satisfaction. The absolutely *** poor service should have been compensated with at least a partial refund (not a gift certificate) and re-delivery of fresh flowers. We will see if the new flowers actually show up and are actually alive.

Ordered a beautifully depicted holiday arrangement for our host and hostess. Happened to be there when the arrangement arrived. Attaching a picture of what I bought vs. what they sent. Asked for assistance with customer service. Very prompt reply but in that passive aggressive, patronizing type of tone, like they couldn't image what was wrong given the two images I sent them. I asked for either a refund or a new arrangement. New arrangement could not come for several days, unable to offer refund. Offered 50% back. I asked for 50% back and new arrangement. They said no. 20% back and new arrangement. I gave up and agreed. I haven't seen it but the new arrangement was delivered to by host and hostess and reports are it is not significantly better than the original. Awful, awful company.

My friend and I ordered flowers for a funeral in a small town. Delivery was guaranteed. However, we were contacted on the delivery date and told they would not be delivered to the funeral home for the visitation or even the funeral since the florist in that town was not open during the holidays. They asked for a local address, but since the recipients will be in the other town for the funeral, they won't get them until at least the day after the funeral or even later if they stay there for a while to take care of things. We were not allowed to cancel the order. We will never order from Fromyouflowers.com again and would never recommend them to anyone.

This is the third time I have sent flowers using FromYouFlowers.com. They delivered a day too late the first time. Each of my three orders contained floral and/or container substitutions which were of much lesser value. These were not authorized substitutions and when you care enough to send flowers, you want them to be what you've taken the time to pick out. They have scammed me out of $150. I think I've given FromYouFlowers.com more than ample opportunity to get it right - and that appears to be an impossibility. I will not order from them ever again.
