Flowers delivered did not match order or price | From You Flowers review from Park Ridge, Illinois

The delivered flowers did not match the ordered arrangement at all. I paid for a deluxe arrangements and received a supermarket bouquet. In fact, I would have done better if I had put it together myself from the local supermarket! From You Flowers gave me a 10% credit when I complained, but nothing more. I was in the room when the flowers were delivered, and believe me that 10% does not cover my embarrassment over skimpy, cheap-looking bouquet that had my name associated with it. It is unusual that I actually saw what was delivered, so obviously you can't trust that you are getting what you paid for. By the way, the local florist used offered no apologies or regret over the arrangement either -- in fact, they said that they "approved" the 10% credit FYF had given me. Believe me, I'm pursuing that through the local Yelp site.....

Worst flower buying expierence (for me) EVER!!! | From You Flowers review from Austin, Texas

I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentines Day. The day before Valentines I get an e-mail stating that they can not find a florist in the area to deliver them on the days selected. ( I chose the option of either Thursday or Friday) I called and they promised they would be delivered on Saturday and that I would receive an upgrade on the flowers. I broke the news to my wife so she would not think I forgot her and then we waited all day Saturday at home to make sure we Didn't miss them. At 5:30 pm I get a call and when I answered they hung up on me. When I called back they informed me that they would not be able to deliver again.....duh... I told them that was unacceptable and to refund my money. They did not even offer to try to make it up or keep my business! I do not see this company staying in business as it is poorly managed. Don't disappoint your loved ones by using this company!

ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife's work on valentines day 5 days in advance never delivered was on hold for an hour and a half then the person who answered the phone told me no refund until they talked to the florist and that the flowers would be delivered to her work her work closes at 5pm it is now 6pm still no call back and my card has been charged anyone using from you flowers must read reviews Im an *** for not I will never order flowers online again I will just go to a local florist and keep the money in the community

Didn't deliver as promised | From You Flowers review from Greensboro, North Carolina

First, wish I'd checked here before making the mistake of ordering from them. Placed an order on 2/11 for 2/14 delivery of a basket of chocolates via UPS or FedEx. 9:30 pm on 2/13, received call saying wouldn't be delivered until 2/18!!! The recipient won't even be there on that date. Told a full refund would be given. Really??!! Product was not received so you're darn right a full refund would be given - should be more since I was now scrambling at the 11th hour trying to find a local florist who could deliver on Valentine's Day at the last minute. BTW, when I asked why they couldn't be delivered - because of high volume. Duh!!! It is Valentine's Day - if you can't handle it - don't take orders!!!

Two Orders, Weeks in Advance, No Delivery | From You Flowers review from Seattle, Washington

I ordered three bouquets to be delivered in early January, February, and March. Bouquet #1 was delivered a week late, after repeated emails and phone calls. (They said they - oops - hadn't notified the local florist, even though I'd placed the order 3 weeks beforehand.) Bouquet #2 is also a week late, and I'm still trying to get their attention. I ordered this bouquet 7 weeks ago. Bouquet #3 will be cancelled if possible, but since I prepaid I'm ready to cut my losses and use a more reputable florist. The moral of the story is DO NOT USE this so-called florist. They are a bit less expensive than larger, more established firms, but it's so not worth it.

Same here I ordered the same one and the exact same thing happened very few flowers no bow nothin like what I ordered I am so embarrassed to have sent whAt I saw. I also ordered deluxe it looks like a 2.99 bouquet and with my discount it was over 54.00 and I had 2 orders sent to two different people. I am so mas about this total rip off.

After missing first delivery, promised next morning, it has been a whole day and no show. | From You Flowers review from Baltimore, Maryland

I ordered flowers one week in advance for my mother's birthday (Jan 29th). I live in Maryland and she is in California so I rarely see her, so I was proud to surprise her with live flowers for her special day. On the day of, unfortunately she was sick in bed and took couple minutes longer to respond to the door. By the time she went downstairs, the florist has left and didn't leave the flowers. I waited anxiously, hoping to hear my mother happily announcing she received my flowers, but sadly I get a text the next day (Jan 30th), saying "did you send flowers?" because my sister called her earlier to ask. I called From You Flowers regarding this incident how they NEVER e-mailed a follow-up regarding what happened and called once but didn't leave a detailed message, only "This is a call from From You Flowers, please call us back at..." and I was at work so assuming it was regarding some promotional thing or request for a customer review, I didn't call back. They said they couldn't deliver it that day (the 30th), but can request first thing in the morning the next day (the 31st). I said fine, they give me $15 (barely covering the shipping and handling), and I went to work the next day hoping all this will be over. 31st, today, I had Mom stay home ALL DAY because they NEVER showed up in the morning. She had a meeting from 2pm to 3pm so around 1pm I called From You Flowers to track the flowers. Long story short, I've talked to Jean, Wednesday, James, and Jessica. They all apologized over and over again, telling me they can't get a hold of the florists, and I have to just wait. Did I mention Wednesday promised to call me back 10 minutes after, never did, I call an hour later, James picks up, telling me he'll call an hour or 2 later, even wrote the time down, and HE NEVER CALLED? That's when I spoke to Jessica, 5:30pm, half an hour before the closing hour for the residential delivery. Same thing. All I ask is clear communication on what's going on, and keep promises you make. ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE GETTING PAID. At this point refund or any credit seems pity, because I can never take back time to have my mom receive her flowers on her birthday. There is nothing like live flowers at your doorstep to remind you that you are loved and thanked for. I wish I can send her flowers or thank you cards every day, because I am who I am, thanks to her. But I can't afford that, so for once I wish everything went smoothly when I scrummage enough to get her something nice. From You Flowers, my complaint comes from disappointment and sadness rather than from anger. I hope this message will reach someone before they experience the frustration I'm going through now.
