This is a horrible company and I hope that no one orders from them again. My little girl was ill and I wanted to send her flowers and a teddy bear. I received no notification, call, or email when they couldn't send the arrangement out to her due to " a problem at the floral shop".. that is the excuse I would get every time I called their customer service line, after waiting over 30 minutes each time to talk to a representative. Ordered a bouquet because they said they delivered on Sunday. They called and confirmed and assured it would arrive on time. Flowers arrived on Monday and were not near as nice as photo pictured. Not even one rose, just a few carnations and filler flowers and greenery. That was a $75 waste of money. Never again!

I jad yhe worse experience every. I paid for my delivery to be expedited before noon, and it is 6:30pm still no flowers. Been on hold for over an hour with no reaponse. Horrible service. The BBB definitely need to investigate. I will definitely loom for a more reliable flower company.

This is the WORST *** company I've ever had to deal with! I ordered a beautiful bouquet from their website, the "premium" size (which is the largest), a box of chocolates, and a medium sized teddy bear for my mother for Mother's Day. I ordered a flower arrangement with a bear and balloon. No bear or balloon was sent .I emailed twice and finally got someone on the phone they said they could give me 20%refund.I asked for a full refund they said they would have to pick up the flowers. I called "From you Flowers" to order my mom's mothers day flowers and (2016) talking to the gal she said she guaranteed the flowers would be there on Saturday before Mothers day. They called me, saying it will be delivered Monday or Tuesday. My mom lets me know Wednesday that the flowers never came. I talked to "From you Flowers" again after a 45 minute wait to get someone. I had placed 3 Mothers day flower orders with From you Flowers and only 1 was delivered. I received a confirm for my moms flowers the night before mothers day stating the order was delivered on mothers day at 5 AM? um no! Never happened! The complaints below are all true ! This company should not be in business . I will be calling the better business Bureau. Also , calling Help me Howard to get this company on the news . I ordered flowers for my boss and paid for same day delivery . Of course the flowers still have not arrived . The bouquet was about half the size pictured. They died in three days. Customer service responded with the order meets our specs. I am disputing the charge and writing this review. I wish I could give them less than one star.
