My husband ordered flowers for our first anniversary they told him it would be delivered to me by 230, at 5 when I left work, I still didn'tget them. Nothing was done, still waiting on refund. Needless to say, my surprise for first was ruined. I ordered a flower bouquet one hour prior to the cut off for same day delivery option they offer and flowers were not received Not only that, but they failed to communicate with me on the status every time. People, This is not a flower shop but rather a phone bankorder gatherer who take a large percentage out of your money and don't give it to the florist. They give a vague discription of the order and far less money to a real florist. Call a local florist and don't pay wire surcharges. If you want to make sure you are calling a real florist call your local one and have them give you some names.; ... Read more

Went on the "From You Flowers" website and reviewed the various photos of flower arrangements and selected one. The price listed under the flower arrangement was $34.99. However, when I proceeded to buy the flower arrangement I am informed that the arrangement depicted in the photo costs $44.99. For $34.99 they will send a smaller version of the photo. ordered a bear and balloon for my niece's 2nd birthday. Since her birthday was on Sunday, I requested Saturday delivery. I was willing to pay their high prices to get same day delivery. I ordered what was supposed to be this big beautiful bouquet of red roses and carnations. I counted about a total of 30 flowers..what my girlfriend received was a a pathetic excuse for flowers.. Okay. I've already complained once about the experience of ordering their "flowers" but now I want to rant about the reviews on their website. I submitted a very long review about them on their website about a week ago and it isn't on there. I put it as a 1 star rating and it had all the cons possible and no pros. Like others, I wished I had checked yelp reviews before ordering. I had flowers that were supposed to be delivered today and paid an extra premium to have them delivered within 4 hours. After 6 hours, I inquired about not hearing anything. At this point I was told that the florist had left for delivery and missed the order? For the past 6 hours? They are horrible! I am still trying to send my mother her flowers three days later because of this company! They charged me for same day service, the flowers never arrived, they never let me know, I ruined the surprise by asking, then assured my mother they would be there the next day,only to find that once again, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!
