Ordered a flower delivery for the same day to be sent to a friend at a hospital. Paid extra for that. Its' day 2 now and still nothing delivered, and they can't tell me when it is going to be. They can't track the order they sent. Could have used another company already. Very bad experience will not be using them again and do not recommend, not reliable and should not be trusted. I ordered an arrangement for a funeral. Wrong arrangement came. Took two days on hold to fight it only to have them double charge me instead of refunding me. Causing my account to overdraw!!!! I am SICK to my stomach. Now I have to wait ANOTHER day still nothing done!!!! They tell you to email only for the email to tell you to call customer service where you sit on hold for ever. I got a message telling me that they did not have a florist who could deliver them as promised. They would deliver them on Monday...guess what...the surprise party was today!!:/ When I returned the call and waited on line for at least 5 minutes to get someone to help refund my money (which was put on my card immediately) the customer service representative actually hung up on me. This is the worst florist I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. It took a week of emails to get them to deliver the actual product that I bought (and which they promised) online. They sent a discount code as a means of apology, but when I went to use it to buy sympathy flowers, it didn't work. Avoid them like the plague -- they are horrible.

was suppose to send my dying mother tulips in the hospital,same day.....did not happen. Short story is they finally sent her flowers several days later after she was sent home to pass,was promised that since they could not get tulips(why advertise them if you can not send them?) they would send something very classy for the $72 that I spent and they ended up sending snow balls...I called the florist that sent them and it was a $40 arrangement.... I order flowers on3-4-16 @9:01am same day delivery,and paid the 2.99 .Why when i get to the funeral motuary the flowers are not there.I track my order online no results same day.I calledyou,and the onrep give me the dial tone. I track my order again on 3-5-16 same thing no results. I am very pissed as now ,would not recommend any one to You Flowers. Read more

I just ordered a lily sympathy bouquet and the recipient happened to e mail me a photo of the arrangement. What a shock! It didn't look anything like the photo on the website. When I e mailed them my disappointment they said that the buds needed to open. Trouble is....there were no buds! I won't be ordering from them ever again! This was so embarrassing; I sent these as funeral flowers to a family I have never met. What a horrible first impression. I wrote to Fromyouflowers.com and am now waiting to see if they respond. But there is nothing they can do now. I really don't have anything else to say but the comment prompts for this box says I have to enter at least 80 words to get it published. I wanted to surprise my hubby for his Birthday! I ordered the edible Party Basket ($79.98) price for sausage and cheese when it was all said and done. I placed any order for a funeral arrangement that was to be delivered on Sunday. They called me on Monday afternoon to tell me that the florist was unable to make the delivery on Sunday and would it be ok if they delivered it today. It would not make the 3-5 but would be there by the 8pm service. They could not give me a real reason the flowers never made it there. Needless to say I asked for a refund.
