I put and order more than 2 weeks in advance and they could get it delivered l don't know why they ask for # they don't call anyways it's really upsetting they have 2 weeks to prepare and still can't get it right...here's an idea don't take orders you can't fill especially on valentine day it only happens once a year so when you mess up its really bad...bunch of ***.... This company is a bunch of liars horrible customer service mailed my 100$ flowers to a wrong address and offered me a 15$ gift cert wtf is that garbage that's what never buy from them they are thieves and liars Add comment

Placed the order on February 4th. On February 14th, at 4AM, I get an email apologizing that my order not only will not be delivered on Valentine's Day, but three days later on the 17th. They did say that they would send an apology card and a $10 gift certificate. That would be fine, if I didn't feel totally betrayed. Order cancelled. The basket was not as depicted in the picture.I realized that there may be different items other than the ones listed but what I wanted basically was a chesses, meat, crackers,& fruit. We called the florist who put the basket together and the items she claimed were in the basket were not!! It was horrible, empty and looked cheap. I ordered $78.00 worth of flowers you can look at the pictures and see what my 80 year old Grandmother was suppose to get and what she really got. I have used this company in the past with no issues. I order my flowers for Valentine's Day several days ago. I ordered online just as I did the year before. No where on the page does it indicate that the flowers will be shipped in a box. I had expected that the would be hand delivered just like last year. So, today I call customer service.
