Had paid for flowers to be delivered on the same day. The order was placed at 10 am and the cut off is at 3 pm. I never received a phone call or email stating that they weren't being delivered. When I called this morning I was on hold for over 10 minutes to speak to a representative. They told me they were unable to find a florist that had any drivers or had those flowers. This is an order gathering company....they are not a flower shop !!!! They Do not have a physical storefront....they do not even know the difference between a rose and a tulip !!!!!!!!!!!!! They are order gatherers who call the florist, and place an order after they take a good portion of your money for themselves....They take orders for 19.99....just so you know , there is not a flower shop in the world who would take an order like that...think... Ordered flowers for delivery before noon, paid extra cost for that service they say they provide. After 2pm I canceled the order because they were not delivered on time, They canceled order and said thy'd refund my money. One hour later they make the delivery and 30 minutes after that they come back to pick up the flowers. Totally embarrassed the recipient of the flowers and myself. Pretty much all others summed up my experience. Lousy quality. All fees. Does not abide by 100% satisfaction policy. Paid for deluxe bouquet and got the shaft. Images they provide are deceptive. Customer service will try and *** out of your refund or give you partial refund instead. Dont be fooled, if they wont abide by their own terms contact your CC company and insist they credit you back the purchase amount and use their own policy against... Read more

They fail to inform you your order won't get there until closing. False and misleading with their information to deliver same day. They blame their florists. I'm pretty sure their network of florists is small. Sympathy flowers not delivered. Use someone else. Briana is the supervisor

Ordered a flower delivery for the same day to be sent to a friend at a hospital. Paid extra for that. Its' day 2 now and still nothing delivered, and they can't tell me when it is going to be. They can't track the order they sent. Could have used another company already. Very bad experience will not be using them again and do not recommend, not reliable and should not be trusted. I ordered an arrangement for a funeral. Wrong arrangement came. Took two days on hold to fight it only to have them double charge me instead of refunding me. Causing my account to overdraw!!!! I am SICK to my stomach. Now I have to wait ANOTHER day still nothing done!!!! They tell you to email only for the email to tell you to call customer service where you sit on hold for ever. I got a message telling me that they did not have a florist who could deliver them as promised. They would deliver them on Monday...guess what...the surprise party was today!!:/ When I returned the call and waited on line for at least 5 minutes to get someone to help refund my money (which was put on my card immediately) the customer service representative actually hung up on me. This is the worst florist I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. It took a week of emails to get them to deliver the actual product that I bought (and which they promised) online. They sent a discount code as a means of apology, but when I went to use it to buy sympathy flowers, it didn't work. Avoid them like the plague -- they are horrible.

was suppose to send my dying mother tulips in the hospital,same day.....did not happen. Short story is they finally sent her flowers several days later after she was sent home to pass,was promised that since they could not get tulips(why advertise them if you can not send them?) they would send something very classy for the $72 that I spent and they ended up sending snow balls...I called the florist that sent them and it was a $40 arrangement....
