I call in an order for my 94 yr. old mother. It was her sister 86th Birthday,I placed the order over the internet on Nov.11th as of today the 14th of Nov, she still has not received the flowers.In calling customer service for the second time with per disappoint and not result.I was told they had to speak to the card holder,now keep in mind my mother is 94.I will never use this florist ever,ever... The flower arrangement went to a client. I later found out what it looked like! I sent an email about the flowers, the vase, looking nothing like the picture. I sent an email, received response that I should call in. I called in about a week later, they told me that since I called in too late, I could only receive a 15% refund because they have a 7 day refund policy. Yet, there is isn't a 7 day... Read more

Not sure why this company is still in business but they missed my wife's birthday even though the credit card was run through. I'm upset that this company cant get their sh&t together. They said that day 2 they will try it again. What a joke, you can only screw up in a 24 hr period, what is Management doing? I called "From You Flowers" to let them know, I picked up my flowers from the dry cleaners next door to my bldg. and the flowers were completely wilted. I bought one premium bouquet and one deluxe bouquet to be delivered to the same office. One to my friend and one to my partner. The pictures on the web site clearly show a dozen roses in both bouquets for the deluxe version. I ordered a funeral flower arrangement 4 days before the funeral and even paid an additional $5 to have the order expedited. I paid extra for same-day delivery, the bouquet was delivered the next day. They lied on the phone and made empty promises, that they would add a box of chocolate to the bouquet, the box of chocolates was never delivered. They blatantly lied again that it had been. I ordered flowers two days before a funeral and paid extra for same day delivery. I called the morning of the funeral when I saw no flowers. FromYouFlowers had never reached their local florist or confirmed that the order would be filled.
