I placed any order for a funeral arrangement that was to be delivered on Sunday. They called me on Monday afternoon to tell me that the florist was unable to make the delivery on Sunday and would it be ok if they delivered it today. It would not make the 3-5 but would be there by the 8pm service. They could not give me a real reason the flowers never made it there. Needless to say I asked for a refund. I paided for flowers on friday afternoon to be delived the next day saturday at noon . $87.00 . i arrived at the funeral home . no flowers . waited. Still no delivery. From You Flowers - Abosolute Ripoff

This is what I ordered and paid for an additional "upgrade" fee for premium arrangement. I got dead wilting flowers and nothing close to the display as "best seller". Customer service never answers the phone it is strictly a 800 call center and they could care less of what is delivered. They just get your credit card and you are on your own. 100% FULL

I placed an order online for next-day delivery. I spent $68 on the "upgraded" arrangement. The flowers wer NOT delivered - ever. I tried to reach customer service via email and telephone, and never could get to anyone. It has now been three days, and no flowers were ever delivered and I still get an 'automated message' when calling customer service that they cannot assist 'with order tracking at this time'. I am not sure where CNBC got the rating for this company but they are HORRIBLE. Ordered flowers for my daughters 24th birthday. They called me the day of and said something was missed and the delivery would not be that day-what? that is her birthday. The promised an upgrade and morning delivery the next day. I ordered for same day delivery, the florist accepted the order and didn't deliver. I got a refund but it absolutely ruined my birthday gift to a sick friend. I'll never take a chance on them again after reading all of the horrible reviews. Add comment

Like so many others-- I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order. Placed my order yesterday morning, I paid extra for same-day AND expedited within 4-hour window. At 5:00 p.m. I got an email saying that they were unable to find a florist to process my order, but they would give me a complimentary upgrade and deliver the following day with an apology note. EXTREMELY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED!!Paid for the 4 hour window and no delivery. And why would I want to have them deliver another day??? Last time I checked people only have one day a year where it's their BIRTHDAY!! UGH SO UPSET. I called three times during the day and the hold time was about 10 minutes. Two years ago I ordered flowers to be delivered by fromyouflowers.com for my Mom's birthday. After 3 days of no deliveries and multiple excuses I requested a refund. I have been receiving emails regularly since then reminding me I have a courtesy credit to use. 1st time I used FYF, paid an up charge for noon delivery. Delivery didn't happen until 2:30-called for refund of "up charge" It takes about 15 minutes for C/S to even answer your call. 2nd time I use them last week they didn't deliver the flowers at all and didn't notify me of non delivery, I had to find out from the recipient.
