THEY SUCK!! THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER, DIDNT TELL ME, AND I FOUND OUT A WEEK LATER MY ORDER WASNT DELIVERED. I HAVE YET TO GET MY REFUND. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOKED BUSINESS!!!!

I purchased the largest choice of flowers for my wife. I made sure to notate that my wife knows her stuff so make sure you ship some quality flowers to her. The order was for the Bright Blue Sky Bouquet. The flowers she got was no where near what was advertised. Ordered flowers for mother inlaws 80th birthday. Almost 5pm and still no flowers.Called and was told sorry those flowers are not in season would I like a blue hydrania. No! I want a refund. Very dissapointed.Will never use them again.

I am beyond pissed about my order! It was a day late and the basket sent was nothing like the picture. Worst experience I have ever had. I will never use your company again and I plan to tell everyone I know and post many reviews. The first picture is what I ordered the second picture is what was sent. HUGE difference.

I paid an extra fee to get the flowers there by a certain time. They didn't get there. My wife was gone. Ruined the entire point - complete waste of money. Additionally, at the very last step of the checkout process, after you've spent a bunch of time picking the flowers and getting the delivery sety up, they throw in a $12 or $13 "processing fee." I received flowers from a friend but the delivery people left it at my door WITHOUT ringing the bell. It is very hot in Texas and by the time my daughter found them, it was hours later and the roses and another type of flower were shriveled. Order # 96854186. I rarely write any kind of review but this company really stands out, in a bad way. I ordered roses for my wife. They arrived moldy and black. Customer service wrote me a nice email blaming the florist and offering to replace the order. Customer service wasn't helpful, had to ask for a manager bc they said I waited over 30 days (I was out of the country) but they eventually agreed to replace the order. When customer service attempts to assist you and all you do is scream at them and not help them to help you. You get what you deserve. But taking YOUR pissed off mood and sending scathing untrue accusations has repercussions for the rep that tried to help you! They are NOT the florist they contact florists on your behalf. My story is just as horrible and disgusting as all the rest. It took me 10 days to get a $40.00 bouquet delivered, after days of stalling, and countless, outright lies, and 5 hours on the phone.
